Sempre recebo o produto conforme anunciado. Quando é extraviado, eles enviam novamente. Às vezes demora a chegar, mas é culpa dos correios aqui do Brasil. A mercadoria chega no Brasil em média de uma semana, aí o correio daqui fica uns 2 meses com a mercadoria antes de entregar. Site super correto. Sempre atenciosos. Respondem rápido as questões pós venda. Recomendo 100%.

What an excellent bag for my laptop! I love the fact that my Lenovo ThinkPad fits in perfectly and it is slightly padded to afford protection against minor knocks and bumps. It truly is waterproof and well made. It has side sleeves where the handles are for placing paperwork but i was able to put my cables in there too so really pleased with it. Great value and great quality!

I ordered items in May 17 it is now Jul 17 and the package didn't get delivered. When I enquired I was sent the same email with links to DHL shipping which showed the package reaching Canada and then being shipped back to Europe! When I repeatedly asked for a refund, I got the same email with the link to track my stuff... even when asking for a supervisor. I guess I have to know that I gave some shisters my 50+ dollars for the pleasure of emailing. Wont do that again and you should think twice too!
