I tried to buy a hiking bag then quickly got a refund due to bad experience ( i explained in my first ever review and this is my second) but got my refund after writing a review. To delete or change my review they gave me a store credit of $15.
Just spend over an hour looking through the miniinthebox site to spend my store credit; dont be fooled by this store credit gesture.
You have to spend $30 or more to use the $15 store credit and all products are at least 3 to 5 times, sometimes 10 times over prices compare to other stores online.

During that time I opened a ticket to ask few questions but this is what I got " me: its been 5 days since i ordered and paid for it and i dont understand why its still processing. What is going on here?

Meaning - do you guys hold the orders and not send the it for a whole week because not all orders have been paid promptly or hold delibrately to save delivery fees for you guys; then could customers can wait a few days before paying for the order so it will shorten the time from payment to actual start of delivery date for us? Then a day later they responded and like every email notice saying they have resolved the ticket saying;

Another generic response but I was curious so I checked if my item wa sent but it was still in progress.
I'm done waiting and customer service is non existent. I have cancelled the order and I'm glad I paid through PayPal so I know I will get my money back. I do not recommend this site to anyone especially to friends and family. Worst ever experience for me.
I love miniinthebox for flashlights, chargers and batteries. These products come from China directly, and it can take 15 to 30 days, so don't buy here if you need it fast. I have received several things, and all have worked with no problem. Most items have free shipping, and it amazes me that they can ship a high-quality product for free.
