I ordered 2 pairs of headphones 3 months ago. I gave them a month before questioning the whereabouts of my item. Firstly the website site stated 8 to 10 days delivery. This was the reason I decided to buy from Miniinthebox. After my 10 day enquiry (having not received my package) I was told to wait 28 days. I waited... Nothing arrived and from there onwards they did not respond at all. Professional thiefs!

This is the latest of my lengthy mini in the box correspondence, after I was asked to wait 30 days, and after that 60 for non-receipt of my order, also told that customs might have opened my package. And my order was shipped in error; it had been cancelled within minutes.

I order a small USB cable for around $6. When I hit the purchase button I saw that the cable was the micro USB vs the regular. I saw there was a cancel option before I even closed out the window so I put in to cancel the order. There was a confirmation of the canceled order right away. An hour later they charged my card and then the next day shipped it out. I told them that the order was canceled and confirmed that it was. They said after they shipped it it was to late to cancel. They either have an issue with their order software or decided to ship it anyway since they already took my money. They will not refund my money even if I refuse the package when it does arrive. If you order make sure you never plan to return anything. Once they have your money it is like you no longer exist.
