This company does not deliver... I paid for my product August 7/17 and haven't recieved as of Sept 16/17. Declared delivery on website prior to order was up to 20 days. These terms change once the order is processed and they have your money.
The customer Service is a sham... you get "robot" responses to online questions and there is no live line to contact. I have asked several times for a refund and apparently that will not happen because they send a long repetitive email about they have up to 60 days to deliver... WOW! What are they going to make up when the 60 days has passed!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! There are many other superior companies out there that actually put some effort into developing trust! And offer guarantees, a live line for customer service PLUS free "trackable" shipping! Do not waste your energy and money on this sham of a company!

My package did not arrive and I sent the information they asked me to wait for a month at which time I did. When it still did not arrive after the first month they told me to wait for another month prior to receiving a refund. After now waiting for nearly 4 months, I still have no refund, no product and customer service telling me it could take longer.

Then they contacted me and offered to send me the right one free of charge, so long as I wrote them a positive review. So here we are. Onya mates, I appreciate that you came through with the goods. When i ordered the site said "no shipping costs" and "delivery time: 3-5 business days". After I pressed the order button, it has immediately added shipping costs and anticipated even custom charges!
After I wrote them so that I want to cancel my order, they answered that (as other people wrote it here too) i should wait because average delivery time is 10 - 20 working days WHILE BEFORE ORDERING the site said that delivery time is 3-5 business days.
I could go on... but I just close and let you know that the site is CLEARLY A SCAM. Do not order anything from them.
