TERRIBLE QUALITY, size is not fitting, I decided return 50% of my order ( I ordered a lot) they said they can't pay me back full price only 85% and I have to pay for my shipping AND they will charge me for shipping it to me in the first place! Wow terrible, you think you will have business in USA?! No way!
Ordered high heels which were the right size, (sole) length wise, but the rest of the shoe - height of the part covering the toes and ankle etc - were soooo off, as if they made the shoe only in one size, and just shortened it, for smaller sizes. My foot would lift up by 1-1,5 cms every time I wanted to take a step, so walking was impossible. I felt like a little girl walking around in mama's shoes!

R And for return I need to use a post office since tey did not accept return by courier. Return fee must be paid by the buyer and at the end the have refund only 85 % of the invoice amount! - I will report that company to my lawyer!

That I had to get a local tailor to alter it substantially. Other items I ordered are throughout not fit for purpose, wrong size ( too small) or wrong colour yellow tinged instead of white prof dich bad material it's not wearable without getting a rash. Never again.

They said I was to fat and they didn't offer my size. Um what? Tailor made means you SEW it to MY SIZE! All the good reviews on this site are either professional photos or look photoshopped. I bought a coat for my daughter. It arrived and was nothing like the picture. The picture showed a glossy finish, the coat was Matt. The coat was also very small and not as per the size guide. I contacted Milano and they insisted I return the item first class signed for which cost me £17.80! They then did not refund either postage which they should have done as the product was not as described. I've lost £32 in postage and nothing to show for it. I complained and they did nothing. If I had known I wasn't getting the postage refunded, I would never have sent it back. Disgusting! Do not buy from them!

I ordered my 7 year old son his costume October 6th and the site with my receipt said arriving in 7-10 days by October 17th but it arrived November 3 2019 after a couple emails I had to exchange!
