I ordered a dress that was of terrible quality and extremely ill fitting. I started the return process and was told I would only get 85% returned. Fine, I expected that for "restocking fees." Then I'm told I need to pay the return shipping, which will be at least $10. Or I can keep the piece of crap and get $5. Nowhere in the conditions did it say we would be screwed if we tried to return something. Does this sound like customer service you would want? I have had so much better experience with sites like shein.
