I bought Michael kors footwear for the first time and I am sorry to say but the quality is so poor. They broke in just few months. My not so expensive footwears do better than this and have a much longer life span. Michael kors footwears were not worth the money. Although they looked good and was one of my favorite pairs. But there quality broke my heart. Very disappointed.
This is a HORRIBLE company! I placed an order online and their system changed my order to a completely different bag! I called within minutes and they refused to change or cancel my order! Now we have to wait for my girlfriend to get her gift and return it to get my money credited back. I will never do business with this company again!
I visited Michael Kors store in Tyson's Corner and the manager there is very rude and no helpful at all. She was rude dealing with customers to resolve issues. When asked for help for a size to try, she just throw the shoe box on the couch and ignored me; she was busy cleaning the floor! She didn't provide any help and when I asked for a different size, she would not look for the other size. It seems that I interrupted her cleaning! Even though it was not closing time. I ended up not buying the shoes from the store due to her rudeness. I will order them from online. At least I can get what I need without the need to deal with her.
I've been a VIP member for many years. As of 04/20, I will no longer be a Michael kors customer. They don't value their customers. I've called twice to get an adjustment on items that were discounted more by usuing a coupon code that I had not received yet. They refuse to help their customers in any way which shows they don't value their customers or their dollar. To not honor a coupon code that started 2 days after a customer placed an order gives a very bad customer experience...
Bought a white purse only because the sales rep assured me the protectant spray would stop jean dye from staining the purse. I followed directions and it didn't work. 45 minutes of wearing the purse and I saw jean due.
They refuse to take it back, they refuse to exchange. They offer me warranty at my own cost even though I contacted them with in the stated return policy.
Forget giving a present from Michael Kors!. I live 1770 km away from my mom and bought her a wallet as her birthday present so that she can pick it up at the Scarborough Town Center store in Toronto but, even though, their customer service center said yes go ahead with the purchase, I placed the order and paid for it, the store will not give the wallet to my mom! Now, I have no birthday present and have not been refunded.
Worst Customer service and response. Ordered a watch via online 13 days back from their website and it still says that the order is in process. Tried contacting their customer service department and they are even worse because they ask the same question over and over again. Never expected a well known brand to have the worst online and customer service.

Worst customer service and return policys in retail history . They have the policy that a order can not be stopped or refunded, can only receive the bag and then reship it back to them. They dont need this all when you buy it. worse place to shop and spend you money on something that is not going to be a BRAND in near future.

Do not buy in the Michael Kors store! Because you will have a hard time returning the product if you don't like it. The quality of the bag is poor. You get blemishes/scratches or the store associates call scratches from two pieces of leather touching each other without using the bag and it will result in non-resalable condition. Hence they will refuse to accept the return.
If you really want to buy it, buy it from Macy's when it's on sale.
I purchased a pair of black patent shoes and after only 2 regular work day wearings; the shiney coating started to peal and the shoes had cracks through out the base of the shoes. I emailed with their customer service for over a month, providing them many photos, offering to send them back, never asking for a refund but to just replace the shoes. Other than wasting my time; they did nothing. I have never had issues with shoes from any brand so I did not have my receipt but they were purchased within a few months of the first wearing. I also called customer service to be disconnected each time. All I wanted was another pair of shoes to replace the ones that fell a part.
Never purchase their expensive handbags poor quality dont stand behing their product despite the pricetag that you pay and horrible return policy as well as customer service. Their bags are not pure leather like they claim check out in google
I purchased a Michael Kohr's handbag. The zipper broke after using the bag for less than a year. After calling customer service, I was informed there was "nothing they could do because the bag is out of warranty". I spoke with a supervisor on the phone by the name of Zeta who constantly interrupted me, got sassy with me, and wanted to get off the phone because as she mentioned, "it was past her business hours". I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service in what I thought was a prestigious company. I will no longer give this company my business and will encourage everyone I know to do that same. A company who charges so much for their products should go above and beyond for their customers. What a shame.
I rated MK 1 star on this review but only because I had to enter something. Nothing existed below a 1 star. My husband and I purchased an expensive handbag as my Valentine's present 02/14/22. Within 2 months it was falling apart. I called customer service and was told to submit a claim, receipt and photos. I did. They promptly said it was denied. I asked to speak to someone but was ignored. After countless emails and phone calls I finally talked to someone that refused to do anything. I will NEVER step foot in another MK store, will NEVER purchase another MK product and will tell all family and friends not to shop MK! MK products are not quality or worth what they costs and customer service is a joke! Horrible products and horrible customer service!
I bought shoes from MK and they ripped after not even a month of wearing. I called MK for warranty purposes and they denied my claim. For the price you pay for their products, it's extremely disappointing and would not recommend.
We arrived in South Beach missing my wife's shoe bag so ordering replacement shoes were a must.
Selected same day delivery at a cost of $30. Did not show up. Called and was told as ordered at 10:0pm same day delivery really meant next day delivery. Hmmmm.
When did not show up next day was told would arrive in 1 - 3 business days. Told the person I ordered same day. Oh I can see you did. Not sure why initially attempted to mislead me. Then told me there is no tracking available as the items were being shipped from a store and said he cannot access which store.
Would not have bothered ordering online if not going to show up when promised. Still waiting.
I placed my order online. After a day i found out that my order was cancelled. Reason, is out of stock. But when i checked the next day same shoes; size and color is still in stock.

They have the worst customer service. I called and sent them email and the reason they told me why my order was cancelled is that my billing and shipping address is different. Which is a lie.
I ordered a bag a couple of weeks ago ($275). When I opened the box I noticed there was no strap anywhere to be found. I searched the box, the bag, the packaging paper--no strap. I reached out to customer service and requested that they mail me a strap, they tell me they don't have straps available to send out from the distribution center. I would need to mail the bag back, they would then refund me, and I would have to re-order the bag again with no guarantee that I would receive the same sale price. So I have to jump through hoops and hope for the best because they screwed up? I escalated the issue and received the same response from the "management team." My next question, what happens when bags are under warranty and the strap breaks? How do the customers get sent a replacement strap? Crickets.
Answer: I wouldn't buy from this crook. They will NOT send a refund and lie about it being sent.
