Bought a coat 40 days ago and there is a small mk plate on the arm of it and it fell off. I paid more for this coat then I paid for any coat and it is not covered. And I shop at the Michael kors store it self, I bought so many purses however I will not be buying no more from them because this is insane. When you charge that much for your products it should definitely be covered for at least a year. So definitely lost a customer.

I called customer service to price match a handbag That was on much better sale now. The man who answered the call was being extremely difficult and was making excuses how it's not their policy to price match a handbag that's was on sale previously. Worst return/exchange policy. They don't price match the same products that went on sale the very next week because we bought it a week before on a usual than lower price. Disgusting! I would never purchase from them, Now that I know their dumb policy.

Terrible quality handbag

Purchased a crossbody purse seams are coming apart and so is the thin black rubber strip which lines the purse near the zipper. At the time of purchase I was told if for any reason you are dissatisfied we will repair or exchange, your receipt will be on file. I thought, great! Now I have this problem my whole purse is literally falling apart at the seams! To no surprise there was one reason after another my purse would not be repaired and my treatment was brushed off like a cockroach.

Used Purse

Just ordered two purses over Memorial Day!
First one came and it was perfect! So happy. The second one came used and abused! What the hell MK? I was told to return the purse but they couldn't replace it because it was sold out. Which is totally fine. But aren't you a little concerned you're selling used goods for hundreds of dollars?!? I love Michael Kors designs but I will not be buying from you again. So disappointed. I had to save for these purses only to be burned.

Horrible Customer service

Michael Kors has terrible customer service and unprofessional services. They reduce prices and do not really do price adjustments and have almost impossible return policies. They need to adapt better business practices and customer services. As a VIP member they offer a discount which is substantially less than the sale price. Do not quite understand the logic in this.

I bought a Michael Kors bag and the shoulder strap came off after about three months. I looked up their warranty and it was for one year so I started the process to have it repaired or replaced. They basically have jerked me around for the past five months. First they said I could have a replacement, then it wasn't available, next they were back ordered on a gift card for $171 for a replacement for the bag. Don't buy a Michael Kors bag because they fall apart and they do not honor their warranty!

MK products are crap!

I bought two pair of sandals, one pair is all plastic and were very comfortable, but the strap broke right at the catch in the sole. Second pair has the cork bottom and same thing, the toe piece broke right at the sole. Now I have two pairs of sandals I cannot wear because each has one foot damaged. My MK purse after one winter season has the straps raveling. This is a LEATHER purse! MK items will be over looked by this shopper going forward. Not going to spend my hard earned money on pricey items (which you buy pricey so it lasts). Stay away from MK or be disappointed. He has definitely sold his brand to some low class outfit and is not quality controlling their items or he hopefully would have revoked their use of his brand.

WORST EVER!

Michael Kors has the WORST customer service EVER. My daughter purchased a wallet for me and it was too small after hours on the phone I finally got a manager to approve the return. I returned it as they instructed and 3 weeks later still do not have a refund. I have called 2 additional times to inquire about my refund. I was told today that the warehouse return it to me because it was in used condition! Seriously, I NEVER used the wallet. What a crock!

How much I hope the real Micheal Kors go after this fake company that is ripping people off. I owned one MK purse that I bought in the states and I bought two more from this fraudulent site]. It came today and they are very ugly and FAKE. I called their customer service before placing the order because I was suspicious of the low price but they told me it is an outlet and they are only operating directly from MK manufacturer which eliminate the middle man. WOW! I feel ripped off. I pray that every single dollar I paid towards this purchase will be used sickness on the owner of the store. I will wake up every day cursing you and your family. IJN.

Please do not waste your money on Michael Kors products. I brought a 400 purse and zipper broke I 3 months. Also have a watch the battery has to be replaced every two to three weeks. This is a true review and I wanted to warn others that it's a waste of money buying Michael kors

Cheap quality!, and a nightmare trying to get a refund!, tried to cheat me out of refund even though I had tracking, plus they sent email saying they received bag!, tracking confirmed!, then they still don't refund!, 2 phone calls and admitted they had not refunded!, escalated it to another department and a week later, still not refund!, need to file claim with my credit card.! NEVER AGAIN!

Poor quality products! I bought mk puffer packable jacket for $300 and it's the worst quality! Every time I ware it and take it off end up covered in feathers! Also bought couple of tops recently after 2 washes and I don't use the dryer... tops look like they came from Walmart covered in balls!
Good bye Michael kors crap!

Failed to Deliver
October 31, 2022

Ordered online - paid for express delivery.
Shipped no issues within a day
Then nothing, chased up when UPS didn't update tracking information to be told that there was a problem with the delivery and the product is being returned to them. I tried to get more information about the cause of the issue but they refused to share. They also couldn't issue a refund until they had the parts back even though they could confirm I hadn't received the goods. They said it could take up to 10 days to issue the refund when the goods are returned.
If I wanted the goods I'd have to re-order them
Was offered a 20% discount code for my next purchase - however this only applied to full priced goods.
Won't be using them again.

My straps came undone and they told me they can't send me one if I don't have receipt I went to store were I bought bag and they gave me sale number and even the register were it was sold on but they still told me they needed receipt wow they really sorry I have about 10 bags but that's the last time I'm buying coach or Kate spade I'm very upset stay away for

I go to the outlet for return but they don't know how they can help you online purchase return & their behaviour was very rude if go for return but on the other hand if go to the store for purchase then they are completely different & very friendly.

I purchased a purse. Paid almost 300.00 for it. The handles are defective. When I contacted the company they told me I could send my purse to www.ragobrothers.com to have it repaired at my expense. NO! Your product should last longer than that when you charge the prices you do.

Good day to all!

A year ago, I thought about buying a large and roomy leather backpack. The choice immediately fell on the Michael Kors.
The backpack is made of genuine granular leather, has 3 external compartments, one of which, in my opinion, is purely decorative. The largest compartment is quite roomy, there is a separator, the MacBook 13 "fits without problems, there is a key holder, several small pockets, including 1 with a zipper.
The straps of the backpack have accessories (necessarily marked by Michael Kors), which allows you to adjust their length. Everything is well stitched with threads in the color of a backpack, nothing stretches, does not tear with a large load.

Bad quality!

I bought leather pumps model from MK colour nude... a disaster! I loved the model but the quality is very low! After 2 months they started to have this kind of big spots as they were loosing their colour. Frankly I have many shoes in leather and this is the first time I see something like this... Leather shoes can't lose colour! I have brought them back to the shop that kindly changed for the same pair (in the beginning I thought that it was just bad luck)... and after a couple months here we go again with the same problem. Hmm first time and last with this brand. I am very disappointed and I want just to mention that I do wear the MK pumps shoes just in the office (so a very little use). Be careful!

Where is my delivery?

Still trying to find out where my delivery is. I paid for express next day delivery however MK is passing the buck to UPS!

It is very likely that I will never be buying from Michael Kors again as the delivery process is just complete shambles and no one seems to have correct up to date info!

If I could put no stars I would. I bought a coat online. It's way too big and the quality is poor the buttons are falling off and stitching is missing.
I went to return it in the store - and they said they will only give me store credit because I paid via PayPal. I asked to have it back in PayPal account and they said no. It's not apparent in the sales terms - you have to click on a different web link to get the return policy. When I said that's not really acceptable when the item is poor quality they still won't take it back. Only store credit. I called customer service to see if they could help and they basically told me the same thing.
I'm writing this review and then I'm going to write to the BBB for complaint. Michael Kors - designer brand liquidation customer service.
