Just ordered two purses over Memorial Day!
First one came and it was perfect! So happy. The second one came used and abused! What the hell MK? I was told to return the purse but they couldn't replace it because it was sold out. Which is totally fine. But aren't you a little concerned you're selling used goods for hundreds of dollars?!? I love Michael Kors designs but I will not be buying from you again. So disappointed. I had to save for these purses only to be burned.

I reached out to costumer service only to be told that I would not receive a replacement but to just return the item. Okay…. But are you not a little concerned that you are selling used merchandise for hundreds of dollars?!?
