The material of the coat I bought is like baby pajamas. It is unlined. The cuffs are sewn unevenly.The zipper is extremely cheaply made and barely functions; it will probably break after a couple of uses.The cut is nothing like in the photo; the pockets puff out at an unflattering angle and it basically looks like a giant panda costume. Very, very unhappy and the seller will not pay for return shipping. Buyer beware -- this company is in China and they will do anything to not have to accept a return, even when the item qualifies according to their return policy on their website.

This place is a huge rip off. I ordered over $130 worth of clothing items and they all were of poor quality and had a bad smell. I could barely fit into a few of the items even though they were the same size as some of the others. I emailed them and asked to send the items back for a refund and they told me they are not in favor of returns because it is too high and that I should accept a 15% discount. Like why would I reorder from you again if I didn't like the clothes the first time. SMH

Refused to return and replace a defective/ripped dress which is obviously unwearable. Took them
2 weeks to respond to my countless emails and subsequent pictures I'd included in the emails showing the ripped dress. Then they finally responded that they're unable to do any returns... they can only give me a coupon for a discount to "reorder the garnet." ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME? What kind of horse manure is THAT?!? Don't throw your money away and order elsewhere online folks!

I ordered this for my daughter and it came within 2 weeks and its adorable. I was scared thinking this one of those Instagram tricks but I was wrong. The clothes have high quality & worth it order. Thanks melidress

I too have experienced the unsatisfactory service or lack there of from Melidress. I placed an order November 23 it says allow 6-10 working days and needless to say it's coming up on a month next week. Repeatedly I'm being told to allow more time and tracking has been stuck on the same status since November 26, showing NO progress. Perhaps they should make sure there deliverer is still alive. I too will be reporting them to Better Business bureau if you steal 50-60 dollars from 100 people that adds up! Your scam will be over soon! Please no one else order from here unless you just have money to give away... and if you do... give to a cause like a children's hospital not these greedy basterds! See if you can dispute the purchase with your bank to get your funds back print off that fraudulent tracking because Melidress has proven they are not trustworthy!

I will never, never, never, never, never ever purchase anything else from this website.
They took my money immediately and a month later I do not have my merchant.
The response is "give us a few more days for shipment.
There is a fake $#*! tracking system that does not allow you to track your order.
I want my $#*!ing money back ASAP!
Well I am having the Better Business Bureau look into this.

I am tracking my item so far its in my state at a ups location. It should be in route here tomorrow I hope. It took a very long time to get from the country it was coming from. I sent an email to the customer service contact and never got a response back about the date of delivery very bad. So if the items show up and its garbage you will have no one to talk to and will be in a loss. Im hoping that its accurate to size or I just bought something non returnable. I do think this place should be shut down because the communication is very poor and the delivery is super long. And as I said your alone with something if its a wrong item or doesnt fit. If everything do fit I still will not order until they have a live chat communication or number its just to risky when it comes to these new online shipping companies.

I totally agree with all that this company is a scam, scam. I ordered a shirt, got it but the size was wrong. I knew that Asian sizes run small, so I specifically ordered a large, but still got a small. Made contact with a Mandy at asked about exchanging for a different size and was told that they basically frowned on exchanges and that they would offer me a 15% discount. I said I don't want your discount, all I asking for is the return address so I can exchange the shirt and I would be returning the shirt at my expense. This back and forth conversation has been ongoing for over a week and I still don't have a return address. This company is rotten to it's core, so I went on Face Book where they advertise and warned folks about doing business with this rotten company. Please pass the word to all your friends, never do business with these pathetic clowns!

I purchased a top from Melidress in March. I didn't receive it until April. I return the top in April because their XL fit like a Medium. I didn't receive my refund so I emailed Melidress and "Mandy" (which I believe "Mandy" is their automated responder) responded stating they haven't received my item. Because they're in China I allowed a few more weeks. I followed up to the email in May and "Mandy" responded they still haven't received it. For about a 2-3 months we went back and forth in an email. It's now August 30 and I still haven't received my refund. I sent another email today to "Mandy" and is now awaiting a response. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS A CHINA SCAM! DON'T TRUST IT!
