I waited over a month for a prosuct to come up for purchase and i caught it 2 hrs after it went on. Put my card number in for said product and you took my money out of my account for said product and then call me to say you sold them on me after i paid for it. And i still havent got my money back for it. You told me you would hold it til it came if it ever does. And my month fee went down 4 bucks from you taking off 500 dont make sense. Im so disappointed and i would recommend a site that takes your money just cause. Thats not how you do business

Not happy with service, tv arrived defective, taking too long to correct the problem. Almost 2nd payment due and no t. V. as of yet.

These guys gave me a credit line of 1200 immediately. A couple of days later, after I placed my first order, my credit limit was raised to 1700 and after they auto debited their first payment, they raised my limit to 2500. Customer service is super friendly and helpful. First order process is a little slow but its worth it. Best part is, they report to credit bureaus!

Seem take longer process then should have
You can hardly understand the people you talk to. They are 100% outstanding at getting your initial payment then they suddenly play cat and mouse with you, transferring you from one department to the next. They didn't ship my order when promised. My order wasn't delivered when promised. It's floating around somewhere on a truck that no one knows where at. The tracking number takes you to a site that doesn't give any info, just a bunch of codes and dates. When I called to see what was going on they just said it was in Chicago and they didn't know when it would be delivered. They absolutely had no idea and didn't even apologize for the lack of professionalism. It's been almost 2 weeks and my next payment is due but I haven't received my order. I'm almost certain that I'll be delivered a damaged TV if it even comes. Don't fall for their lies!

The process was straight forward - I'm still waiting to get my order, but so far everything has gone well.
Like MDG, but the time from ordering the product and actually getting the product is excessive. Almost a month in my case.

The time frame is different for everyone, as sometimes additional documents are required and the time required to complete them depends on you and your ability to provide the requested documents. From there, it takes 7 to 10 business days to receive the item.
Seems to be a good company, except for the time it takes to make an order. No one really helped, I had to figure out how to do most of the order process on my own.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
