I was a little upset when I purchased the mixer and the next day you had the offer with the mixer and a smoothie maker if I knew you were going to offer that I would have waited and bought that one

This being a third order I've done through MDG, I expected it to go without a hitch. However, it took a lot longer to be able to make the payment and have the item shipped. I should have had the computer more than three weeks ago, but because of a couple of minor paperwork hiccups, it took a while to get it shipped. Meanwhile, I allowed myself to be up sold for an antivirus plus package for the computer only to find out that McAfee no longer supports that software and it's nowhere on their site! That was what really annoyed me the most. Why am I paying for something that I'm not going to get any use out of? Not only that, but I sent you an email about 2 days ago and I have not heard a response yet. When I looked at the card that was sent in a separate envelope in the shipment, the dates for when the software was initiated was in 2014! That's a five-year-old software license card. Someone at MDG has got to figure this out because I'm not happy about paying for a piece of software that I'm not going to be able to use.

It takes to long to. Get product I have been waiting for about 3wks and ots. Gonna be time to make a payment a week after I get my ALLof merchandise which I still won't get til the end of month on or abiut the 26th of September and payment will be due again on the 5th of October.

I ordered a Samsung 58 in. With sound bar and sub. The package labeled for sound contained a wall mount. I email customer service and I'm still waiting to hear back
Been waiting for my tv to be delivered, all I've gotten so far is my power surge protector! They said it would arrive in 7 to 10 business day hope bbn it gets here before my first payment

Company seems good but the delivery service they use UPS is slower then anyone else taking them two weeks to ship something the post office could have done in 5 days need to find a faster way to ship.

I received half of my order one day and then the next day i received my order that look like it was tampered with or possibly damaged and 2 items was not in a proper box to at least disguise what it is and i have pictures

Just got my new recliner I really like it. But overall I have never heard of a company who would never take your merdice out of the box put it together & bring it in your home to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. In all the years I bought furniture this is the worest, made me very mad.

But if you need assistance to bring the item into your home we have some upgrades available which can include removal of packaging, setup of your item and debris removal. Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
