Customer service was very nice and knowledgeable. They provided me with all of the information that I needed to complete my purchase.
My name is Yvonne Balfour and I thought my experience with Fingerhut was going to be pleasant, but it's not. I ordered a package to be delivered on 3/19 it didn't arrive, then it was to be delivered on 3/20 it didn't come, now the post office tells me that there was no address on the package and they sent it back. Fingerhut claims they don't have the item so I'm screwed. I want my credit or my package either will do.
