I was approved for $2500 in credit. Picked some things out and got a call from them to see if I was ready to order. Spoke with them and everything was good so I placed my order and connected my bank account so they could take out their payments. After I put in my banking account log in info and connected it I get a message saying that I'm no longer approved. I'm employed. I make decent money and I have several credit cards with good payment history. There's no reason for it to be denied. I'd be willing to bet that they have never fulfilled an order and any review that says they've had a good experience is a shill. Waiting to see if money is missing from my account in the next few weeks now
Approval was fast and simple and employees thus far have been very professional/helpful. However the system to get priority invoicing was a pain and took me 2 days 3 emails/screenshots for them say they had it. I also kept running into an issue where one item or another was out of stock which delayed invoicing/shipping. I also had To call 2x to get my tracking numbers emailed to me.
I was very skeptical about ordering due to the way the website seemed like a scam. I am pleased to say that I was wrong. The service was second to none. The products arrived fast and brand new in their original packaging. The communication was great throughout the whole process and the prices were extremely reasonable. I was being charged locally $1400. 00 for the same laptop I purchased from them at just $750.00. I have already got my mom and wife to open accounts with them and I will definitely continue to do business with them. A++++++++++

Quick and easy. All online. Fast delivery. Nothing to fax or verify this time. Received my tracking number within a coupe of days and my purchase was at my front door the next day. From start to finish I think I had my purchase in 4 days. It was wonderful

I've been paying $89.00 for 4-5 years now, on an $1100. 00 laptop.
That's thousands more than it's worth.
What they do, they try to take money out whenever they feel like it.
Instead of agreed upon day.
Oh don't worry, they take money on that day too!
They told me they will send it to the collection bureau if I don't keep paying.
Whenever I call them, they offer me a "buy out", for more thousands of dollars.
One day I'm gonna find a way to make the shareholders pay!
What else can I do?
On a scale of 1-10, the stress they have caused over the many years is about 1000!
Their like a bully who steals your lunch money. They just took it again!
What am I gonna do? Open for ideas.

I purchased a computer which offers a free tablet if I complete my order online. The computer arrived without a tablet. I am leaving on April 22 for an overseas vacation and I was hoping to carry the tablet with me. The tracking system indicates tat delivery will be on April 23 which is not acceptable. Can you do something?

I am a continuing customer with MDG. Unfortunately, their shipping criteria needs work! It takes to long for merchandise to ship and arrive, especially for what they charge for shipping! Again, this charge is costly enough for two day air, not two week standard!

The customer service agent I was assigned (Victor) was not very friendly or professional. When he went on holidays I was in contact with another agent (Milos) who was very friendly and helpful. A+ for his service. Was not too happy when I saw that my credit expired. I tried to re-apply but for some strange reason did not get approved. I wanted to purchase the playstation 4. When I received my xbox one x bundle, there was no game, which was supposed to be part of the bundle. Overall the shipping speed was the best part of this transaction.

I had existing credit. I don't understand why the process takes so long. Also if electronics are shipped via UPS why isn't it next day delivery? I know the markup is quite a bit on any MDG products vs instore. It should be quicker.

We still don't have our order. But msg took money out of my account for the bed already. Still have no idea when bed coming. Called yesterday to find out when it will be delivery. We got a tracking number and it still doesn't tell me anything.
I would love not to have to even click a star. I was more interested in rebuilding my credit, of course, I could buy a tv off a truck for a couple of hundred bucks why pay 2000 after it said and done with MDG.
I send in all kinds of documents, I'd, they were taking all kinds of money for 6 weeks, and then I find out I don't qualify, why waste my time, giving messed up excuses asking for documents and more stuff, this should be done at the beginning, if u qualify u qualify. Done deal. And the first payment higher then the rest...

Bought something that they said was back ordered. After months of getting the go around I cancelled my order, (bought it on eBay and had it in less than a week lol) but here it is a month after I've cancelled and still haven't received a refund.
