When I first signed up people were constantly calling me to finish signing up. Email after email. They have all my information and already taken the down payment. They said my order was shipped but no tracking information. No one responded to my calls or email. I'm beginning to think it's a scam!

Well I got 500 pounds in furniture last week live in apartment I am disabled and you sent one guy to drop it off. And he put it one the ground outside of my building. He told me that is what you guys told him was what I requested. So I am pissed off big time had to pay people walking by cash to bring it up for me.

To rebuild my credit history and get a better PC, I decided to go through MDG for a new laptop. The laptop I chose was an Acer Aspire 15.6 and my only gripes with it is the lack of an optical disc drive. But with everything being done online, it is but a mere minor inconvenience. When I switched banks they had no issue and I did not miss my payment because of it. Because my total order came over a certain amount, they decided to give me a laptop/tablet hybrid for free. I found this a bit silly, and would have preferred to pay a lesser payment, but I understand the need for promotion.
My experience with MDG has been fantastic. I currently have 2 contracts with them they have really worked with me. Im almost done my one contract and will only have 1 to go. I know for a fact that I will be renting from MDG again in the near future. Thanks MDG for wonderful service over the years!

I tried many times to qualify for the price of my computer and when I saw the ad that said you all qualify for 3200 dollars credit, I jump right on it... since then the computer and everything else has run great no problems and I would definitely recommend M. My sales rep Dan Bojovic was patient with me through out this process. I blew his email up everyday with worries and questions. He finally got tired of me and handed it over to another representative but up til that point, He was a champ. Buying online is scary, and very unsure until the product is in your possession. I gave all my bank info and personal info, only to wait and right now, Im still waiting. We'll see if it is delivered on time and in one piece. Thanks and sorry Dan for all the emails and questions. In all my dealings with MDG over the past few years, I have always had a positive, timely experience. The only critique I have is that there should be more selection with regards to electronics like cell phones

Ordering is very easy... The whole process is simple. The only bad thing I didn't like in my last order they used Ceva to ship my TV and Ceva wouldn't work with me for a time of delivery. I've never heard of that company before.

My experience with Mdg has been pleasant from start to finish. I found out about this company through Facebook and didn't think I was going to be able to get a laptop since my credit score is shot. I was approved for the laptop with 6 down payments of $21.89 biweekly. Just completed my 6th payment last week and received my tracking info friday. I can't wait til it arrives tomorrow. I highly recommend this company. They're legit!

After two verifications, a down payment, and two payments still no merchandise. Was told the items were shipping from Buffalo, NY. Actually comes from Canada and the products are Canadian. That is how they can charge more, and offer the price match guarantee, because I can not find the Canadian models here.
Still have not received. Delivery date keeps changing on UPS website. Now it is up to 12 days before arrival. I did not even know there was 12 days shipping.
If you are walking, you need to run from this company. Now that I have left a negative review, who knows if my items will ever show up.

Had 2 accounts at one time. Paid the first one to term. Than looking to see how much many more payments were left. Got a surprise I had 1001 payments left on a 716.00 order. Find out why they had me pay 16.01 for almost a year. When the contract was made I would pay little over 900.00 for it. Now I will be paying over 1100 for a 716.00. Will no longer do business. They expect the customer to pay for there mess up. So dont do it

You can check your payment history, balance etc online, through your MDG account. Furthermore, MDG carries an open term loan, which means you can pay minimum payments, make extra payments, increase your payment or pay your balance in full anytime.
The best would be to contact our Finance department at 1-800-906-0975 x 340 so that we can locate the account and go through it together.
I made the mistake of applying for credit before researching them. In a span of 3 hours and 15 min, I received two emails AND a phone call. I sent an email stating not to contact me again. Yesterday I got another call, so I rang up the sales person. In a ten minute conversation (slightly less, actually), I lost track of how many times I asked with whom I needed to speak to close my account.
He actually told me it wasn't possible. Utter bs--EVERY creditor retains the ability to close out accounts. Finally he called his supervisor who told him whom to email to close my account. It's closed, now.
My review is due to the lack of communication with the CSR I worked with. He was difficult to reach and failed to respond to emails in a timely manor. I am still waiting for a reply to an email sent last week regarding the free gift I was told he was to include with my online purchase so am unsure if that will even happen now. Everything else was done on time.

Almost 3 years ago, I discovered MDG Computers while surfing the net. I applied and got approved instantly. I was wowed. Horrible credit yet got approved. I was extremely excited. Roger Banner was my rep. Things were going well and had made about 2 or 3 payments. Suddenly, I lost my job and was unable to make payments as arranged. I told Roger of my situation and instead of just closing off my file/account, Roger kept calling me so that we could both come up with a solution. At the end of it all, he promised to keep my file open with the payments I had previously made as credit for any future products I may be interested in. Roger is one of the best reps at MDG. He sure knows how to keep a smile on a customers face... MDG's biggest asset!
Got approval quick. Sending in forms was a pain. For some reason had to send them in and even though it said "successful", half of them didn't actually send. Then after sending them again, one or two still didn't work. After all that, had to talk on the phone and answe questions which is difficult with the schedule I keep. Then it took another week to get here. Overall not the worst but could have been quicker.

I placed an order with this company back in 2018. After 4 years of biweekly payments I emailed to ask why they were still taking money out and when the last payment would be. I received nothing but deflection and corporate malpractice. Avoid this company at all costs! Not only were they taking money, they were pulling my credit every month which I DID NOT agree too. Now, 5 years later all of a sudden a ding shows up on my credit saying I am 120 days late on a payment for them….but I have no payments left! I will be suing them for their blatant violations of the law.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
