This my second purchase through MDG and the experience was quite pleasant. Ian still waiting for my couch and chair and this is where my issue is tracking my merchandise as it is being shipped is very difficult to do. And there is no real way of finding out why merchandise will stay in one location so long my furniture has bin in Woodstock for 3 days and I have bin without a couch and chair just as long as I got rid of the old furniture

It took almost 2 weeks maybe even 3 weeks to get approved and to get them numerous pieces of personal information they kept asking for more info and took my first payment with out even shippIng my the computer worst company ever and will never ever buy from them and will never recommend them to anyone in fact I will tell people they are the worst company ever

Good service friendly people. All you need to do is work on your tracking system. I also don't think it should take 3 weeks to get your stuff.

Thank you for your review.

Once the order is shipped, it normally takes 3-10 business days. Your entire order was shipped on August 31st. Part of your order was shipped by UPS which was delivered on September 05th ( which was on the 2nd business day) and part of your order will be delivered by CEVA. They normally contact you to arrange delivery to make sure you're home when they come. As per ceva tracking number, they contacted you today to confirm delivery date.

Service needs improvement

My second payment is approaching, yet I have not received my item. Nor have I received an email with the tracking information. I also have an issue with the bank account verification process. With identity theft and people's accounts being hacked the has to be a better way to verify an account other than taking a picture of a bank statement with the account number on it.

Thank you for your review. Once your order is invoiced, the system automatically email you the tracking information. Please make sure you verify your junk emails as well.

Your order was shipped on September 4th and as per tracking number the package was delivered on September 6th.

We ask for a first payment and you have to contact us to confirm the exact amount. This tool is one of the way we use to prevent identify theft.

Takes a little bit for them to verify everything, but they get it done. Shipping is quick, and you won't find better deals at rent a center or Aaron's. MDG is the best I've found to buy products, and the payments make them affordable.

Takes to long to receive product

Good customer service, but it takes way to long to recieved ordered product after first down payment. I will have made two payments before I receive my shipment. If they can fix this issue I will be a returning customer.

Time frame for deliveries are determined by the carrier.

Quite average.

My sales associate was good and very helpful. I originally just wanted the laptop, somehow the carrying case was added at a cost of $200. By the time I discovered this I would have to start the order over which was a huge hassle so I partly feel tricked into buying a carrying case. Secondly when I attempt to track my order I always receive the exact message "One or more items have shipped and shipping information will be updated". Not updated, exactly the same information so I have no idea when to expect my laptop.

No complaints so far..

Just like everyone else here, i was a bit skeptical about dealing with MDG but overall process was smooth. I did get frustrated because they ask for a lot of documents but it's all security measures and want to make sure you are who you are. Payments are affordable and would recommend to everyone.

Run around

From the start this process has been hard, it was exceptionally easy to speak to someone when asking questions about purchasing the laptop, however I tried calling back a few times to discuss "verification process" and I was told someone would call me back and didn't... so I called again, and it was an accident but I was hung up... so I called back again to have someone tell me it's in the verification dept and someone will call me back the next day, they did not I called back.

During the verification process they asked me when I want the payment to come out of my account, I said Thursday... they took the pmt everything was fine! Then verification dept told me that my due date had to be on the day my pay chq comes into my account? Which is every Tuesday? Why in the beginning I am allowed to pick my date when the payment is coming out and when everything is said it done, it's now change to what you want? I didn't appreciate that as I never made my due date the date I get paid ever!

Sometimes I have delays on my pay, and that's why I put it on a different day. I find that really inconvenient. And I wish I was told about this right in the beginning. I felt this was a bit "shady" then after verification a UPS was sent, I didn't know about a UPS I got an email from them saying that they are coming the next day! I took the day off work and no one showed up at my house? I wish I would of known someone was coming... I have to make arrangements with my work and my dogs who don't take kindly to people and I felt like this whole process there was many things that could of been handled differently. I am thoroughly disappointed... I don't write a google review because I am not that kind of person, I know first hand what it does to a company...

But I would like to speak with someone!
