I bought a loveseat at MDG and at the delivery yesterday, the driver told me he could not get the box and he had to leave it outside.
I'm 64 years old and I could not fit this big heavy box alone and it took 2 neighbors to bring me the loveseat I bought from MDG.

Ordered Bogo mdg tablets, however when the item was recieved, there was only one. Customer service first claimed the promotion was not available when it was purchased, and the mangers had left for the day an would call back the next day. The next day I call, and I am told that indeed the promotion was running at the time of the order, however because it was free shipping on the order the promotions could not be combined. This order was made and confirmed with the original products, as no they have refused to honor the promotion. No big deal, I will just return it right? We will email you a return label, so you can ship the product back for a refund. Bahahaha, you guessed it no email yet, and no follow up from the requested manager call. Very disappointed as my previous experiences with MDG were A+. Something has changed, and not for the better.

I purchased my MDG Vision AX Desktop tower and screen combo a little over a year ago. I am happy with how easy it was to finance and order from MDG so when I considered buying a laptop I, of course, turned to MDG to see what they had to offer.
I chose the Lenovo Ideapad 330 and decided to get my husband one too. Using my remaining credit approval which has been building back up over the past year and a bit (I have been paying monthly on my tower) I simply added the laptops to my cart and proceeded to checkout to complete the purchase. Since I am a returning customer I was able to skip a lot of the paperwork by affirming that my banking info, my address and my income has not changed. Instead, all I needed to do was digitally sign for the new equipment and there was no down payment or deposit this time either! What did I tell you? MDG is an excellent company to work with if you need to purchase something new. A+++ MDG - thank you for your easy, personal, professional service.

Order shipped with the worlds worst logistics company and overall process is way harder than it has to be I received and email saying my items shipped 4 days before they actually did Everything with this company involves 100 emails and phone calls and a 24-48 hour wait period between all steps of the buying process just all in all this is a terrible company to order anything from and I'll never buy anything from here again
The service is fast. Process was very quick and easy. Call backs are fast to let you know when your product is on the way. Only downfall is the track my order doesn't work ever.
Will likely buy something again. Was shipped out right away and packaged well. Customer service person was polite and very helpful.

I ordered something on the 21st of Aug. The online system was wanting my banking verification and was not accepting it for some reason. Then I called in on the 22nd and was told nothing can be done. Then I called again on the 23rd and was able to get my order processed by the lady over the phone. I was told I would be contacted within 24hrs and was not contacted until the 29th and my order was not sent until the Aug. 31st. This is 10 days after I ordered the sound system online. If the lady didn't allow me to explain like I tried to explain the first time I called on 22nd this process would be a lot longer. I didn't like being told that someone will contact me within 24hrs and finally be contacted 7 days later for my order to go through. I tried calling to verify my address so this could have been done quicker, but every time I called to try get my order pushed through I was told nothing could be done. I didn't like that it took over 10 days for my order to finally be sent after I ordered an item.

I was extremely frustrated when applying for MDG because my rep Edina did not tell me I needed proof of my address, she emailed me to confirm the payment date, not to ask for residency proof until the first payment had been taken out of my account. I feel to better assist further customers, your website should be more clear incase the reps miss mentioning the proof of residency. I finally had this rectified after sending several documents all with the same address. Your website should be clear so people know what will and wont be accepted.

I was treated like a criminal, and like I never bought from these people before. I bought a TV from these guys about a year ago, I made my payments on time, never missed a payment and payoff my stuff. So I went back thinking it will be easy and ready to go. No they act like I was new that I was trying to scam someone and I was idiot. This might be my last time I use these guys

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
