I have to spend $100 to go to the ups warehouse to pick up because the driver guy are to lazy to drop off my package for me and the ups do this a lot and when i went to the warehouse at the airport and guest what 20 people are waiting and tell me they are here Since morning so finally they tell me the package is not here so I have to pick up form a service point to pick up this is really bed Experience hope next time mdg won't use ups but Canada post instead Luck the Nintendo is not lost! Hope this helps.

Ups came to the address you provided on August 31st but as per the tracking information, your name was not listed in the building directory and that is why they could not deliver and have to drop the package to the UPS depot.

This isn't my first order and it won't be my last. The prices are always fair, it always arrives before they say, and the one time I had an issue with a damaged product they had it replaced immediately no questions asked (and this was a large dresser no small feat). Would recommend to anyone who maybe doesnt have the perfect credit but still wants a fair deal.

Deposit payment made on the 27th of August received 1rst item on the 31 of August on September 7 I made a request a manager contact me to see where the other half of the order is it's now September 9 no response and still no tv...
Update I called mdg again spoke to a salesman told them what was going on and within 2hrs had a delivery company calling to schedule delivery of my order... how ever I was charged delivery when the website says free delivery of orders done online when I asked why I was charged delivery they said free shipping is only on small items... so false advertising about that

Awesome service

I read the reviews. It was a mix of good and bad but my experience have been nothing but great. I received my package within two weeks later. All is well with it. So I have no complaints what so ever.

Excellent product and pricing

Great pricing and product but the only complaint would be the length of time for the arrival. They made me a little skeptical because of all the required information. Those 2 things makes it a 4 but overall I'm very pleased with the product and pricing
