I accidentally put the wrong transit code and the staff at MDG we're diligent in contacting me to see if my initial payment went through so they could ship my products. Once we realized the error my purchases were sent immediately. Great service

I was a little unsure at first if this was real. It seemed to good to be true. I currently use another place for a rent to own but they did not have gaming laptops. I was shocked at the deals and prices. The process was very straight forward and the customer services was great. The product it self is prefect. And was delivered very fast. My son is going to be super happy for Christmas

The initial process was gruesome. I had to jump through a million hoops, send in a million different things. Communication was horrible, processing took days on end, even after the verification was successful, I had to send in more stuff, then I had to wait 5 days for payment to clear and have my stuff sent out. It took 2 weeks just to get all of this done. But in the end, I have my order and everything is smoother out. But what a horrid process. It was tiresome and brutal. That's my honest review. Anyone just trying MDG, try to have patience. Because it's not a 1-2 day process. You're account manager will never get back to you, and if they do, more things are needed. I even used to option to speed things along by sending in my banking statement and showing the payment came out to speed up things by a few days, but it didn't change anything. They waited till after the long weekend to process it instead. Brutal. No work ethic. I thought it was going to be fun and get a cool product... but I got a cool product with a lot of hassle. I could have saved the money in two weeks to buy what I got, but I thought I'd use them because they seemed cool and I could build my credit. But all in all, I got my stuff, so I guess it's all good
Had no problems laptop was delivered in brand new shape and earlier than expected my rep was very friendly

Ont m'appelle dimanche le 9 septembre pour me demander si il aura quelqu'un le matin pour la livraison, je prend alors congé au travail. Le camion arrive mais ma commande n'est pas dans le camion. Me dit que sa arrive souvent. Appel à la cie de livraison me dit qui ne comprenne pas pourquoi. Me dit que mes item seront livrer mardi le 11 septembre a 8hrs AM pour que je ne manque pas le travail. Le camion arrive à 9h45! Je Débute à 9hrs... encore une journée de manque! Malheur j'ai seulement 2 items sur 3. Appel à la cie de transport doivent faire recherche pour savoir où est mon matelas KING. J'attend leur appel! Je devrais probablement ENCORE manquer une journée de travail! Je ne sais pas vous si vous pouvez vous absenté comme sa 3 jrs de suite mais moi non! Sa ses sans compter la perte de salaire engendré par ses absence! Sérieusement je suis vraiment désappointée par ce manque de professionnalisme!

Once I got through all of the runaround, everything was great. Customer service wasn't all that great. I am just happen to receive my merchandise. The payment plan is awesome

It just seems like it a long process to order something. Out side of that evening was good. Not much else to say about mdg.
I love the selection that MDG has to offer. Getting set up in the process is easy and simple. Excellent customer service and quick shipment of there products. Highly recommended buying from MDG.

It took 2 weeks to even order my products and in the end had to pay 3x more for the first payment, but they showed up right on time. I'm not sure if I would recommend MDG or not. If your fine with trying to send multiple files and wait for responses then you should definitely use mdg. Otherwise, I am happy with the laptop I recieved and the prices they have.
