Told I would receive call backs... never happened. Told product was unavailable and cancelled order. Then get a tracking number that the item has been shipped. Then I call to confirm get told I would recieve another call back that did not hapoen

My agent, Milena, made the entries process way too excruciating and long. It took over 2 weeks from the start of the process to closing to get it to ship. Whenever any complaints were made relating to the amount of time, she just shrugged them off and constantly sighed in frustration if anything negative was said. When I asked to have a manager call me back, I never received a call. Your company has terrible customer service.

I thought this process was going to be fast and simple but instead it took more then two weeks to finalize my information. I was unaware of the person helping me going on vacation which made me wait another week ontop. Upon finishing paperwork I was told it would be shipped 5-7 days. Then when I spoke with the verification department I was told 3-10 business days. I recieved the laptop 1 week after school started.
I appreciate that this service is avaliabe buy the customer service was lacking in my eyes.

The process of ordering was easy and I appreciate that, but I placed my order on August 10th and wasn't told until two weeks later that the product I ordered was out of stock, have yet to receive my order and it's now September 12th. When I email staff, I rarely get a response back. I had to go through the verification process twice which also set my order back

300 for delivery of a 8lb tv is atrocious and straight up thievery. Tv is nice though. Just not impressed with delivery at all
I found the customer service excellent, however, the steps in order to have to get the product shipped is a bit much. All the processing times and escalations to different departments. Other than that I had a great experience

I bought PC, laptops, tablet and Celular Phone from MDG and I have always been satisfied. I ask tor warrantes twice and everything have been solved whithin a week.

I ordered an Ashley 3pc couch set that was available online. I paid my deposit, then a few days later I get a call saying it wasnt available anymore and they won't be getting it back in. One of the few that were available at the time should have been put on hold for me.

The customer service agent I was assigned (Victor) was not very friendly or professional. When he went on holidays I was in contact with another agent (Milos) who was very friendly and helpful. A+ for his service. Was not too happy when I saw that my credit expired. I tried to re-apply but for some strange reason did not get approved. I wanted to purchase the playstation 4. When I received my xbox one x bundle, there was no game, which was supposed to be part of the bundle. Overall the shipping speed was the best part of this transaction.

Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
