Enjoying my new laptop, was a gift I purchased for myself. I wanted this for a very long time and now I finally have it to use for my home enjoyment. My daughter help set things up for me and my grandson always comes to use it when he needs to.

Customer service was great honest the gentleman was great with providing all the answers. But when it comes tp deliver the product im waiting for it and got 2 payments out already first time I see any compagny pull money way faster then delivering a product the free shipping aint worth it if you have the chance to pay for faster by fedex ask for it and demand it! High recommending!
I put an order through to get a kitchen set and living room set and first and foremost I didn't get a table, all I got was the chairs, and not to mention the packages that did come were just left in my drive way

This is not the first time I bought something through MDG but it might be my last... the customer service was unhelpful and failed to provide basic customer service. Failed to keep his promise of returned calls etc. He seemed very demanding and lacked basic listening skills and seemed only interested in his customer when he was passing them off to someone else

I just wanted to use a different address for my product because everyone works and no one would be home to accept. I know everyone has their policies but please try to listen more and take care of the customer instead of frustrating them to the point of not wanting the product because you are not listening. Good customer service goes a long way in my book. Also FYI I'm a current customer but none of that seem to matter. All that to seem to matter was sticking to policy no matter how many times you explained your situation. My situation was taken care of but only after much frustration to the point of wanting to cancel the order due to a lack of caring and understanding of my situation.

Well for one I had to pick up half of my packages as the delivery was really bad. But besides that the bed is OK.

My experience in ordering a TV was excellent. I did all the paperwork and once done got my TV in two business days. It's my first 4k television and was impressed with the quality of my 4k Samsung TV. I had zero issues with delivery.
It has taking way longer than described to receive my order. It will be close to 3 weeks once it finally arrives

The person that helped me was very frustrating. He would not listen and would interrupt me when I was talking. If I have to deal with him again I would not use your company again.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
