I love being able to watch Netflix on the tv and Jason just loves playing games on i like the graphics and the ways it's laid out it makes everything easy to pick on what to do.
My laptop was scheduled to be delivered on Aug. 31. I spent my entire day off waiting for it to arrive and it never did. I thought for sure I would get it the next day, but same story, no laptop. I am very, very disappointed to say the least.
The process was straightforward for the most part. My only complaint was the length of time it took from the initial application to the actual approval, and later, receiving your order. In hindsight it was relatively reasonable, but I wish it was more streamlined.
As for the products (in my case, I was shopping for a work laptop and a basic PC for my mother), I got what I needed rather than what I wanted. I wish there were more options to choose from; the offerings were very limited, and no single product had all the specs I was looking for. If MDG just offered the latest products, had full lines of different makes and models, or have component upgrades available, I'm sure it would attract more customers.
I also found the website somewhat dated, and available product information is rather limited. I did a lot of research myself on the products I was considering prior to making my final decision.
I can't say anything about their extended warranties. I purchased them for the products I got, but until I actually use them (hopefully not at all), I have nothing to say.
Taking all of this into consideration, I am still very satisfied with the service and products I received. You're immediately given a credit amount once you complete the online application; you're able to speak directly with sales and financing representatives; minimum payments are small and easily manageable; and the payment plan is flexible and non-restrictive, meaning you can pay it off quicker and not accrue interest by increasing your regular payment amount or occasionally making lump sum payments, just like bank loans. And MDG does report to the credit bureaus so you can actually improve your credit rating!
So to sum it all up, I do plan to make more purchases through MDG, and I would recommend them to my family and friends and anyone on a budget and limited credit.

Good customer service so far but the package I got is good but now bigger tv for same price I the tv size is biggest concern

MDG is great! Communications by phone and email are always answered by an agent. The only caveat I experienced was due to the handling of my 55" smart tv and that was in the delivery persons. Huge hole in the boxes exterior on the side. Checking it this weekend and MGD said they would replace it.

Everyone that I talked to was very friendly I have to be honest and say I was a little scared at first. The computer that I ordered did not have an optical drive I was disappointed in that.

The process was very long Give it to me or not so that's why I decided to almost not take the Giving me offer the heck dude me so you know I just wanted to make sure that things will go a lot smoother but now the delivery is the delay

UPS has difficulty shipping out to rural address, so it takes an extra long time to get the items. Sometimes it takes up to 2 months, but again this is UPS not MDG. MDG is excellent.

You can always contact UPS and have them deliver to a ups depot near you and you can pickup the package.
I was worried about what the delivery aspect would look like... but it was so easy that I couldn't be happier.
Affordable payments also.
I will pay off my bill and will not order again after my last experience waiting for a queen mattress which never arrived. No one called to explain why I didn't receive it. I had to make three calls to find out. And missed two days of working waiting for it.
