Your finance department takes too long to call back. I had to call 4 times. This wasnt my first purchase. I've ordered 4 or 5 items from mdg and it's always the same thing. Finance gets paid to much.
I ordered from you guys before and the payments are so very low then my friend is stores around in my area cool gel bed

Tracking says Ceva offered time and date for delivery but I have not heard from ceva nor mdg this happened with my last delivery also

The customer service is terrible i had a problem with my furniture and it took months for them to do anything about it and I warned them I'll put a stop payment through the bank no response so I did it and they called me a few days later saying I have a missed payment and I told them I did it to get there attention and they suspended my credit because of it... I've bought many items from this company and the way I was treated is crap

The driver came by late there was only the driver he was very impolite and he did not bring the living room in he left it on the street and my son had to go ask a neighbor to hel him to bring it in. And before that my son ask him to take the old living room set and et sais he did not do that. There was tv in the truck and he was pushing them around i m sure the client that got those tv are not working.
For order wise customers service was terrific. My only concern is with delivery.
