Poor communication

My personal assistant was terrible. Never returned my messages. I had to call at least 3-5 times before I could ever get a response. He went on vacation twice during my order, and never once let me know I wouldn't be able to get in touch with him. In fact, the last time he actually told me to call him on Monday after my first payment had been processed and call him so he could expedite shipment. Guess what? He's on vacation again. Had to get someone else to finish my order. Who promptly did that same day.

MDG persons

The sales person was very professional and helpful when placing the order. The person for confirmation of delivery and the payment schedule was not helpful when I wanted to set the date for the payment. He would not listen to what i was requesting a I need the payment to be on the 4th day of each month as that is when my SS is deposited into my account. He would make the payment on the 31st day of each month starting August, which is prior to my deposit.

MDG attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

You are set up on a payment plan following your SSA (3rd of each month). However, as the 3rd of September falls on a non business day, the payment will be taken the business day prior as per the company policy.

My kids are so happy

Terrible company, they will lie to you and tell you one thing then the next day they need another personal document,
I gave them my banking information, my car insurance, my drivers license,
I drew the line when they asked me for my SIN card.
This was after I had placed the "down payment"
No thank you con artist. Con me into the down payment and then say they won't ship without my SIN card. That made me angry so I said cancel the order and delete me account. Went straight to the bank and placed a stop payment order on this company MDG. I recommend to just save a couple pay checks and buy your computer from Best Buy.
Did I mention my agent was manipulating liar?

Disappointment

I received my order yesterday the computer I ordered was not what it was advertised to be,
The Samsung home theater system only had two channels that function for the speakers

I was not told at any time that I would receive my furniture in pieces and boxed on top of a pallet from a delivery company that would not bring the heavy furniture in. The furniture had to sit in my car port until I was off work and could get home to move it into my home by myself. It was extremely heavy. I am not impressed by the delivery service or the fact that I was not told that I would have to assemble the furniture and bring it into my house by myself. I also have to dispose of a pallet as well.

My TV was stolen off my doorstep
