2nd Purchase

Second purchase for me. Bit more of a run around than a few years ago. But on the whole, a satisfying experience. Had a problem with a dead keyboard shortly after receiving the computer. This was quickly resolved with 1 phone call. Good work folks.

Tv purchase

I received my TV and everything looks awesome, no problems at all, the only thing is the delivery time was not as expected. It didn't get here when it was supposed to, had to wait extra days, but it came finally.

They told me delivery will be around 25 August. I have been waiting then I called my self to know if there is a tracking # guess what my package never been ordered or verify and shipping delivery date between the 31st and 7 September. One full month

The process was a little clunky

The process wasn't explained to me at all. I had no idea my first payment was a down payment' (which is fine, I just didn't know what it was for) The website didn't work to upload required documents. The delivery was left at my door even though it was supposed to require a signature. Things worked out okay, but a little more clarity would have made my $700 purchase a little more comfortable.

Amazing experience!

Delivery service bad

I was contacted by shipping to arrange a delivery time. I called back and arranged for between 10 am and 3 pm the next day. The next day when my item did not arrive I called back and was told that no delivery had been booked (even though I had personally booked it). I was told that they would deliver it the next day. I explained that I was at hospital for the whole of that day and would not be back until 5 pm. I was then told that they would guarantee that it would be delivered at 5 pm... The next day it was delivered at 10 am while I was at the hospital leaving my 5 ft tall son to take delivery of a box of furniture bigger than he is... The delivery driver left the item outside my house and refused to help my son..

Happy Customer!

We needed a new bed in the worst way, applying for credit with MDG was very easy and fast. After two weeks, we are now sleeping in our new bed-and couldn't be happier! I'm sure we will do more business with MDG in the future!

Anacondarules

A big ordeal to go through to buy anything. Just got the computer, but even with DSL high speed internet, very slow and won't load any apps hardly at all, apps it does have cost if you keep after 30 days, it can't even load it's own virus protection I had to load Firefox to get anything to work Windows 10 is no good going to ask for a return label, it does have nice big screen and was easy to set up, all in one takes no space. I'll try few more days but my Lenovo small laptop is faster and works better.

Great service long process

The service is amazing i got my laptop and love it. But the process in getting it is insanly long. Took about 2 weeks and 20 phone calls to verify a ton of information.

Not happy

I am happy with the service I recieved but not happy how you guys handle logistic and delivery, mdg expects a client to stay home by giving them an 8 hour window and in the 8 hour window they can show up any time they like it has to be Mon to fri and it has to be between the hours of 9-5. Most of us work this time it's impossible to take out time for delivery also I received my tv damaged now I have to take another day out which I have no idea how I will wait another 15+ days and then i have to take another day out in the weekday to get a tv delivered at my place this delivery experience is a pain.

Everything else was good it's the delivery / logistics you guys have to fix
