Mdg gave me a huge peace of mind, a comfort home with lovely TV and sound system. It gave me a chance to rebuild my lost life.
I received a defected item. I have to wait for the item to be picked up before you can shipped a new item out to me. In the mean time I have no way of watching tv, by the way i order a new tv. I have a tv provider schedule to come and install this service but guess what no tv. I now I have to wait another two weeks for a new tv. I feel like this could be handle differently specially with a new customer. If you send a defective item you should replace that item as promptly as possible for the customer who is already making payments on this item but has not had the opportunity to enjoy the pleasure of it. So I'm very dissatisfied with the service that has been provide.

Customer service was easy to contact and work with. Verification process is long but that's understandable. I was pleased with the price and timely shipment of my order. The process of signing up and confirming my information was horrible.

The process used to make an order is time consuming, not 5-10 mins time consuming, not 10-20 mins or even an hour or two. It took several days before first payment could be made and item shipped.

The only thing I didnt like was that when my product was delivered (a couch) they delivered it with only 1 delivery driver, if it was only me at home at time of delivery it would have been stuck on the truck and I am not able to move heavy stuff because of my health. Luckily I had 2 friends available to help, my 1 friend had to help the driver get it off the truck, then my friends had to take it from there basically. I feel there should have been at least 2 delivery drivers for a product of that size. But in the regards to mdg I was more than satisfied with them and dealing with them again. I always recommend mdg to friends.
The initial process took about 1 1/2 weeks, but received excellent service during everything. Great value on items. Super friendly people.
