I had to send in my information a bunch of times and had to wait for 3 months before I got my order. I like my PS4 pro but I'm still waiting for the tv

At first it was bad then I saw that the website had been updated which really changed my mind and then I ordered. I didnt like that the original delivery date was set for one day but delivered a day earlier... I have to arrange to have an adult at home as ALL 4 adults work and many times no one is home. I had Wednesday scheduled for someone to be home but it arrived on tuesday thank goodness it didnt arrive until after 3 as I was able to be home.

I have still not received my product (TV) as of todays date plus my bank account is being deducted for the payments yet I haven't signed for any deliver of the product... can someone help me out with this situation?

Mdg has been pretty decent to me I just wish they were a little nicer in my situation with my first TV being broken by a child. Nevertheless their OK
Although I have to say I love that you give people a chance, and that I LOVE my TV and bed, the only problem, or suggestion I would say is that when ordering more then one item maybe pulling them together with a little better of a price, so I have two items valued at a little over 1500, and 2 payments one for 65 and the other 44, combining them for say 90 in total or 100 over an extra month or so would be much easier to handle and not to forget, other then that, I love the products, which there were more to choose from :) , and customer service reps very nice, Thank you

The service is absolutely horrible. No one calls in the time frame you are available to talk, they call on their time. When you need to get ahold of customer service it's next to impossible when you need to change simple things in your order or speak to someone about your order. No one wants to talk to you when your order is being shipped when you need help. I will never order from this company ever again.
