Very satisfied with MDG but not with the shipping. The box was badly damaged thankfully the computer was not.
Thank you for your feedback! All of our items come brand new in the manufacturers packaging. They are not used, or pre-opened, they come from the manufacturer to us, to you! Sometimes items end up being broken, damaged in transit. We will be more than happy to replace the broken item with the new one!

All in all a terrific experience! Ibrahim was the BEST Sales Rep! He explained the documents to me and was upfront with everything. And he was patient! OMG! I had so many questions because this was a huge purchase and I was nervous but he didn't pressure me and he offered me different payment options that were more comfortable to me. Ibrahim is my new best friend!

Every time we talked on the phone I felt I was being. Mislead it took me over 10 phone calls I don't known how many email every I called I felt like I was getting nowhere with you it was easier for me to get in the navy than it was for me to buy a TV from you you make me feel like I was a. Lier an if I didn't know better I would think you we're trying to steal my identity. Need I go on...

Delivery date was supposed to be today 4/23/19 time between 9:00am-1:00pm. Tracked my package and now package cannot be located.

I have to admit I wasn't happy when I called. But they send my stuff out. They said she email me to get my thing I got nothing. I making payments on things I do not have. The whole has be horrible. From ordering was easy thing. Only thing they didn't ask me for was my 1st born

A ticket has been created and you just need to schedule the delivery with CEVA.
I applied for the credit and shopped after I picked out what I wanted I just paid a little fee and my items we're ready to be shipped. The only reason I gave it a 4is because if I didn't go to the website and look at my account making sure everything went well then I wouldn't have known they wanted verification from.me personally to make sure it wasn't fraud.

I'm happy with the laptop, it's exactly what I had hoped it would be. The whole process took a little longer than I would have liked but it was worth the wait. My only real complaint is that the carry bag that I ordered for it was absolutely nothing like the picture showed, and didn't come with a shoulder strap, but it has clips for a strap to connect to.
Excellent service and product would highly recommend products from MDG look forward to doing more business with the company.
