Finally was able to get my son his dream PS4 with extra controllers, headset, and game for his 12th bday. I'm sure him, his brother and friends will enjoy playing it once his bday is over with. Took too long to get my tv. When I got it, it was broken. Had to send it back and now wait for another tv.

Everything shipped with UPS was amazing it was here on time or early. The Tv I ordered was shipped with SAMEDAY and its still not here and no one can give me a strait answer on why and when it will be. Appertly nobody knows a thing...

I was told 3-5 day delivery not 10 days. I had to call the shipper myself to set up the delivery date and time instead of them

The process was VERY easy and all customer service reps were very nice. The ordering process was very easy. Delivery was right on time.
I have had an excellent customer experience dealing with MDG. The approval process for my purchases was quick. Equally as fast was the delivery of each item I purchased.

I asked for help to take the tv out of the box an put it in my tv stand, being that I am the only one living there an the tv was to heavy.
They said that, that was not part of their job.
