Got an email stating my package was in at the post office. I went to pick it up. It wasn't there. I called MDG customer service and told them about it. I was put on hold for about 40mins before I got an answer. Now i have to wait for another week for my package. Its Takes to long the way they send out packages.

Getting my computer with MDG was the best experience. They were quick to give me the approval, quick call. Back time to get the paperwork required as well. Once everything was submitted they called 2 days later to confirm everything for shipping and it was done. The computer arrived and I set it up which was also easy and I LOVE it. I would highly recommend MDG.

I really like that mdg assigns to you a personal account manager! There has to be a few different phone conversations to get the deal done, so by speaking to the same agent really makes the service prompt, personal and a great sense of security. My ps4 controller was damaged and wet received the damaged box from ups. Driver told me it got wet but thought you would still want it. Said I needed to call mdg. I have no time to be on hold with you guys.

Took longer than it should for verification and first payment removal. I also don't like the fact my payment comes out a day later than it's supposed to and gets back dated.
