Takes forever to go through the online financing sending papers then getting asked to send more. Takes forever to set up delivery. Nobody at MDG will get back to me about how to make payments online.

I wasn't made aware of everything I needed before the process started and the shipping company lost my laptop. Found the sales rep very rude on the phone

My experience with MDG has been great but it's the company they use for their bigger products that sucks. Sameday delivery sucks they have had my TV since the 22 of this month I was scheduled to have my TV dropped off on Friday April 26 I stayed home all day long and when I called they gave me around about it then told me that they have to reschedule my delivery day and never told me why I have had enough with this company that i am to the point of never ordering anything again from MDG cause of sameday delivery they need to get rid of them and used a different company then I will stay but as it sits i am not going to be a returning customer. I have read reviews on sameday and they have really bad reviews from actual customers.

The customer service was outstanding, but product came damaged, ive tried to get in contact and keep on transferring me to different agents, i spoke to samsung n was told to return it back

Not to impressed that they don't properly deliver the furniture, it's a curb side. They will deliver it to my driveway and won't bring it into the house.

We're sorry if this left you with a negative experience but our standard delivery is a curbside delivery, the driver will not bring the unit into your home. But If you require assistance to bring the item into your home we have the upgrades available. ( delivery to the room of choice, unpacking...)
