I don't believe any of the negative reviews on here. All my orders were delivered flawlessly, returns no issues at all, they deliver. I have recommended to several friends. And will continue to do so. They are really legit unlike many others.
For well over a month now,@MATCHESFASHION has kept money for merchandise I returned during the time frame given. Mind you merch was sent incorrectly to me, (WRONG COLOR!) No one communicates with me, send me threats regarding contacting my bank, makes accusations over said issue. All the while, they still have my money, claim to not have spoken on the phone with me, take more than 3-5 bus days to reply, never call you back like they say they *******@MATCHESFASHION, they literally have their merch & my money
Made an order on the 13th of October OMF*******, over 3 months ago and I have still not received my order or a refund, have been given no solución and have had no response to my last emails. Unprofessional and stressful
I bought a pair of shoes Valentino only 3 day delivery no paid for this and the shoes was perfectly packed perfect condition and real brand for me was excellent experience and a better price find it
Very bad company! They are not taking any responsibility. After week's waiting of the reparation of my shoe, they give me a totally different sole. And saying now, they can do nothing any more.
It truly is an Amazing Company, they believe in pleasing there customers. Ahead of most companies, Fantastic Designers, I'm beyond impressed how efficient I placed an order for Christian Loubotin item I received in two days, keep up the great Work,,,
Buyer Beware- they have very shady business practices.
1. They don't disclose that they require a signature- which was inconvenient since we were out of town. If they had disclosed it, we would have made the effort to go home a day earlier. Either way, we specified for them to leave the parcel in our mailbox (which is a service they offer) yet, they failed to do so and the security footage showed they made no attempts to SECURELY put the parcel in the mailbox. Have no clue where it's at or what happened to it at this point.
2. Horrid customer service. I made several attempts to reach out to matchesfashion. The only useful method seems to be via email and even then it took over 24 hours to get an initial response. 'Anna-Marie' with "customer care" wasn't helpful at all. She said she would "look into the matter" and it took her a couple of days to just tell me that they had no responsibility for their mistake.
My experience with Matchesfashion was poor. (Buy your goods elsewhere.) You'd think that a third party luxury goods company would have competent customer service reps and have shipping details down (not making "rules" up as fits their needs...) But mainly, they need to let their buyers know that they require a signature and that if your order ever goes missing/gets stolen you're screwed. It's 2020 and they can't even ship an item out properly!
Would never recommend ordering from here unless: You don't care about customer service or being able to just return your package.
I have placed an order with them around the end of August. The package arrived to late, and got refused at the door because of this. So the items I ordered have never even been in my possesion. After countless calls, emails and chat messages they did nothing for me. They kept postposing my refund because: the package needed to be tracked, or they had an error within their system, or they had to check the delivery first to check the quality. I ended up having to file a claim trough my Paypal transaction, this finally came trough only because MatchesFashion didn't reply to the claim at all. Honestly they don't care about their customers or their experience or anything at all. If you can order from another website, please do!
For everyone else struggling to get a refund from them. If by any chance you've used Paypal as a payment method make sure to file a claim within your account on the payment. I believe this needs to be done within 2 or 3 months after the transaction was made.
I bought a waed signet ring at matches fashion from Dear Letterman and had to pay for $20 shipping. They didnt display the ring sizes so i was left trying to figure out the sizes (It turns out if i had gotten a ring size M it may have suited me. I got the measurement from another website that turns out to now in hidesight be the correct sizing and more helpful than MatchesFashion since MatchesFashion might have displayed the wrong size for M. So i sized up.) I even called the support services to find out the sizes but they didnt know either (the support services was great at least and helpful). I bought it was way to big and I can't even get it resized since it would cost so much. So now I wasted $20 on shipping. I was very much looking forward to getting a signet ring but couldn't get their stuff together sadly.

Since posting the below Matches Fashion finally asked me to send the item back for review but then again took no responsibility for the item not being fit for purpose (i. E. to be worn) - all I can say is buyer beware as they dont seem to operate under laws where countries such as the US or Australia would replace or refund the item.
Previous post - You cant return items you have problems with and shocking and slow customer service. I dont understand how they can make a decision for no return when Matches has actually not asked to see the item and check that the fabric/dye lot the shirt was made from wasn't faulty.
Under consumer law in Australia businesses that sell goods must guarantee that those goods are of acceptable quality - look acceptable and do all the things someone would normally expect them to do (e.g. Last more than 5 hours of wear without changes to the dye colour).
I will look into the laws in the UK as I would expect that this would be similar.
The fact they made no attempt to rectify this matter in any way shows such poor customer service. I wish I bought the item from the US or Australia as I would have received a refund or credit note. I am posting this review because I dont want this to happen to anyone else. Until shopping at Matches I have only posted positive reviews about online shopping experiences.
I ordered a pair of Loewe sunglasses with NEXT DAY GUARANTEE DELIVERY, the item did not arrive the next day so i can contacted them requesting it to be cancelled- upon them checking the tracking they realized the item was not even in my city as of yet, so they agreed to recall the package. 26 days later, they claim ups has not returned the parcel to them and they cannot refund me until they do! Needless to mention again I NEVER EVEN GOT TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL! 3 days ago i was informed they received the parcel back but they cannot refund me becuase i opened a dispute with my bank 2 days prior. They might sell genuine goods but their customer services and shipping practices are authentically HORRIBLE!
I have placed order on 26 th november and needed to receive the dress by saturday. But they havenot sent it yet. In two days i have written to the customer service severally that i needed my order to be shipped urgently they only promised that they will ship it but they have done NOTHING till today. If i ordered from my theresa the same dress i am sure that they will ship it the same day as they always do. Dont shop from matchesfashion THEY CANT WORK.
Item received damaged and clearly worn before. They refused a refund while needed to write 20plus emails and had the nerve to charge for delivery AND return. Total and complete disaster - avoid!

I received a dress totally damaged. They are blaming it on the courier service and now will not refund me until they hear from the courier service. Will never purchase from them again!
This store worked well before the owners sold to equity firm Apax partners, and these firms all they want is to maximize their benefits even if it is to the detriment of the client.

They are wrong to send a product other than purchased, then to verify that it is true they ask for photographs, and when They tell you that they do not charge the £10 of shipping costs, but then it is not true and they charge the costs even though it is their mistake
Summary: This store intends to sell luxury products with poor service. So If you want to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience, forget about this store and buy from serious stores (ex: Yoox, Mrporter,, net-a-porter,.)
I've been a loyal customer of MF.com for years until recently. First of all the quality of products are getting worst with every order. First dress arrived with stitches sticking out. The second time only part of the order arrived, then expensive jewellery arrived in a dirty box and finally, a very expensive designer shoes arrived damaged. That time because I really liked the shoes I thought I'd exchange them for a non-faulty pair and immediately notified MatchesFashion.com asking if there was an opportunity to exchange for another pair and included photos of the faulty damaged shoes. They responded that a decision would be made within 48 hours and someone would contact me at that time. 48 hours went by - no response from MatchesFashion.com, 72 hours went by- no response, 96 hours went by - no response, it's been 6 days now (!) - still no response. Only after I contacted MatchesFashion for the third time trying to get some kind of response from them did I receive a response, which was in fact just another copy and paste email. I've been shopping online for years and have never had such horrendous customer serivce experience. MatchesFashion simply don't value customers and their customer service is simply non-existence. Luckily, there are plenty of other shopping sites that treat their customers better and value us and the money that we spent with them, I stick to those websites from now and on.
I have had excellent service with Matchesfashion over the past 2 years. Delivery is extremely fast, and so are the refunds. Prices are very competitve, although selection is sometimes limited.
I ordered many times, each time they surprised me, everything is perfect and the delivery tome is amazing

I think the site has great fashion, and they have the best descriptions with accurate sizing information and little videos. I like shopping on this site and have made several purchases. I am in California and delivery is made in two or three days. That's amazing. I downgraded their rating because of my last experience. I ordered a pair of shoes, and before they were delivered, they went on sale. They would not credit me the price difference. They wanted me to purchase the same shoe on sale and return the shoes not yet delivered. So I would have to repackage the shoes I receive, and send them back. They will receive the shoes and credit my account in ten days and send me the very same shoes at the sale price. All returns and shipping are free to me. Is that to anyone's advantage? Instead I am fortunate that my credit card refunds the difference on a purchase if it goes on sale within 60 days. I think they somehow get it from the merchant. So it is easier but still an unnecessary inconvenience for me to file a claim with my credit card. Going forward, I will still shop with them, but if I can get it elsewhere, I will. This is in incredibly dumb and terrible customer service that benefits no one.
I ordered a pair of $800 Louboutin shoes as a Christmas gift for my sister that arrived with scratches on the soles. This was quite disappointing because the scratches were obvious and it was clear the Matches salesperson didn't care enough to inspect the product prior to shipping it all the way from London to Vancouver, Canada. Their delivery service DSL didn't complete the delivery as they had promised so I had to drive to the DSL outlet near the airport to pick up the shoes only to bring them home to find they had scratches.
Manager, Ksenia got involved after learning about the situation and I'm quite appalled at her failure to rectify it.
Because of the Christmas time crunch, in order for me to have them delivered to my sister before Christmas, I asked that Matches deliver an undamaged replacement pair to my sisters address directly, Christmas wrapped and with no invoices or price tags for obvious reasons. Ksenia refused to accomodate either of those requests. I have previously worked in various customer service and high end retail businesses and a simple request such as this would be a no brainer in order to rectify the situation for a customer.
Needless to say I had to cancel my order and will be taking my business elsewhere. The shoes were ordered on December 3,2017, so this should have given them plenty of time to fix the situation in time for Christmas, which they refused to do.
