My packages comes within three to four day 'THAT OKAY' and I have been always satisfy with my order's.shopping with massey there Customers services they are nice and professional and polite to me ever time.I like to say to Massey's company I'm glad to have meet you to become a customer. Masseys says you spend $250.00 you get $100.00 Off your Order! Don't be deceived there are Restrictions & everywhere it says that you save the money there are UGGS & UGGS are excluded but they don't tell you till you Call! The Customer Service Reps are very Snippy & when u ask a question they make you feel $#*!ed. Im Sorry I don't like saying that word I usually say Botard & there's people that can't help it. I do apologize. I asked for Supervisor & I think they give u to whoever they want. They are Overseas agents which is everywhere now but usually I can't understand them & when u ask to speak to someone else they will not give u to someone else & they argue with u that they can help you? But I can't understand u? What is going on with Masseys? I order for my Mom she can't see so I do it for her. It really aggravates me that my Mom is 70 yrs.old and they would take advantage of her by lying about $100.00 off $250.00 She originally wanted to buy 3 pair of UGG Sandals 1 for her & 1 for me (daughter) & 1 for her Granddaughter (my Daughter) we all have bad Backs & Legs & Feet. I don't know why there $139.00 for UGG Sandals but with just 2 pair ordered it was $279.98. This is messed up Masseys should be in trouble for False Advertisement & Staff should be Nicer but they never are. Theres Know excuse for any of this...

I'd rate it zero but have to rate at least 1 or can't leave a review. Sent me cheap knock off. I returned, they billed anyway. Horrible c/s in other countries, poor grasp of English, no help. Finally stopped billing me for the shoes, now billing me for sending them back. Every month adding late fees & penalties for non payment even though delivery conf shows they have the shoes. SCAM! Reported to police & FTC for fraud.

Tip for consumers:
All the negative reviews from people who have already been scammed & had to deal with rude customer service reps from other parts of the world who don't speak English.

Don't buy from them! If you return shoes for a refund, they'll charge a shipping fee and a restocking fee. We got charged $24.80 for shoes we returned.

I purchased a pair of boots, and sent them back. I put $28.00 down. I thought I would get that back. I was charged a little over $40.00 for shipping,.I am now being billed for an additional $13.00 and some change. This website is the biggest ripoff. I learned my lesson...I will NEVER order from this scam site again. Better off saving up your money, and going to the mall. These companies prey on low income people. Disgraceful

STAY AWAY...Read the fine print. If you return something you will be scammed out of money. This company prey's on people who struggle financially. They take advantage of these people. I am out of $41.00 ...This company needs to be sued

Worst customer service ever. Just finished my last call forever with this company. A supervisor that I had to do her work for her. On 3 different occasions this past week and being on hold for 2 hours and 30 min. The 1st 2 hours never did get to speak with the supervisor. Finally getting a supervisor who couldnt pull my tracking numbers so I could get credited for an item that has been sitting in a warehouse since June 3. So I pulled the tracking numbers for her. Nice customer service person that I am. I have closed this account. There is not enough time in the day for this company...

Think ahead if you might need customer service. Or if you can do their job for them!!!!!!

I placed an order in November for shoes, I placed another order 2 months later for another pair. I paid off my 300 First balance with intent to return the second pair of shoes, it took them forever to send me a shipping label, I had to call back and tell them I have not received a shipping label,. I finally got it sent in I admit that I could have sent it in much sooner but illness and family emergency prevented this from being a priority. I just got a rude call from somebody saying that I owe on 172 but he received the shoes kept cutting me off when I kept asking him about it and why it didn't add up but he insisted that they got the shoes and it moves for late fees and interest. I asked to speak to somebody else I got hung up on. The second guy kept cutting me off, insisted that I didn't get the shoes back, I said I did not appreciate being called a liar because he insisted that the shoes did not get returned, I said why would that guy tell me he had them then he said he didn't say that, the notes only said that I refuse to pay. I laughed and told him I didn't say that. Argument ensued this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I was told I would only be charged the return item fee once they received it. That's fine I have no problem with that but these two guys were insisting that I did not read the fine print and I have to pay late fees and interest for something I don't even have. Avoid!

This company is a complete joke they decided to sent my package to the wrong address which there fault not mine! Not to mention I haven't been dealing with this for a week and they think I'm paying for something I never received ha jokes on them I am absolutely NOT paying for something I never received there customer service is horrible there supervisors customer skills are horrible I'm the customer and you wanna raise your voice and yell at me cool cause imma do the same in return! I can promise you I will never order from this company ever again in my life it's a joke! One unhappy customer

I placed an order in November to make sure that the item would get here by Christmas. The support team stated that it would take 22 days to get to me which would have made it a few days before Xmas. The support team stated that the item is going to be sent by their "fast" shipping carrier. Boy were they FAST! I am located in TX and while tracking the package I watched it go from LA all the way to NJ. And guess what I'm most likely not going to get it before Christmas. Don't recommend buying from them. Their support team has yet to respond to my last email.

I've been a member of Massey for the past 3 years. I've never missed a payment and payments have all been on time! This month I forgot to pay the month of June. Masseys called me 3 times repeatedly. I didn't answer. The next day Masseys called again excessively. The representative was rude and asked when can I make a payment? I told her I didn't realize I missed a payment. I asked her, ma'am why are you calling my phone a ridiculous amount of time for a missed payment? When I have never missed a payment in the past? She rudely asked again when will you pay? Now the total balance was only $41 dollars. I told her I'll pay this evening. At this point I don't want anything to do with the company. I told her remove my phone number and I will not order again. Please do not bother with Masseys. Quality of shoes and clothing is not good and overpriced! You can get a better deal ordering from Amazon and just use Affirm/Klarna if you want a payment plan. Masseys is TRASH

TOO EXPENSIVE never sales and for the price over a hundred dollars sandel falling apart after wearing TWO TIMES PRICE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH NOT WORTH IT! I CALLED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THEY DONT CARE!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and was supposed to get free shipping if order was over $75. Great, right? Ends up only one pair was available to ship (not advised until 3 days later). So was charged 30 bucks room ship one pair of shoes. Total ripoff. They are overpriced to begin with. Will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered a few times from Massey's sense 2018. I used to love their items but now now things I've ordered are never the right size and I completely check my size chart in all countries. They always have an excuse. Items are always late even when they say shipped and send tracking number through FedEx. The day items supposed to come it turns into now pending for weeks on hand. I let customer service know how I felt and when I'm done paying off my bill I will permitly close this account

I ordered shoes paid 27 dollars in shipping on the 17th of September. Today is October 1 and it is still in transit with the dates changing everyday. It even came to the city that I live in and left. I called customer service three times. Not one csr has personality and their voices shows they hate their jobs. I was cold transferred from place to place and had to explain that I just want my shoes or a cancellation. I love Masseys when I grew up but now this is the worst company and I promise you I will never buy another item from them again. Get ride of all of your customer service representatives because they need interpersonal skills training TODAY.

When you receive "credit" from Massey's, do not assume that is a line of credit, despite their saying you have XXXX. XX amount to spend. When I reviewed my credit report I have found out that EACH TIME you order something from this company, using what they say is a line of credit, YOUR CREDIT RATING TAKES A HIT. They. Pull. Your. Credit. Every. Time. I am going to be filing formal complains regarding the truth in lending act and this company's policies. Beware.

I bought the slides last summer and I got out of my pool and slid them on and I fell because it flipped over on my foot while I was in the driveway, do the top was on the bottom of my foot, needless to say I had the biggest injury on my leg and I have a scar to this day.

First, their shoes really don't last however every now and then you can luck up. I purchased three pairs of shoes returned them and received a bill of 69.00 a pair of slippers cost 19.99 I was charged 30.00 dollars for the return 10.98 for a restocking fee, 9.99 for a return label, and 19.99 for the shipping fee. Pay attention to the hidden fees I have never been charged anywhere for returning an item is that even lawful? And the customer service rep made a smart remark at the end of our conversation to compound matters SMH

Tip for consumers:
If you return items you can end up paying anywhere from 60 - 80 dollars for restocking fees S/H tax and whatever eles they can think of to scam you.

This company is a scam, it is trying to cheat me out of some money for some items I returned. I have made several phone calls to try and resolve the issue, with absolutely no results. I would not recommend this company.

I will never buy from these people again. The first and final experience has been absolutely appalling! First I ordered shoes for myself and my daughter as well, then the shoes take over a month to arrive due to the extremely cheap way they choose to ship merchandise. Then when something doesn't work they charge you a second time for shipping! Now I'm faced with my daughter's shoes that never arrived! Of course she is disappointed but I am more than frustrated that they say it takes another month to determine where the shoes actually went. So basically this has been one of the most dissatisfied experiences with an e-commerce company. Beware! Do Not Shop Here! Try Fingerhut instead!

I've ordered from them several years but Dec package not rec'd took me until May to resolve and the first call today was a foreign answering service I haven't previously encountered. Took me 3 transferred calls before a supervisor could tell me supposedly they sent a letter I never got denying me a credit for items in a box I didn't receive that even the UPS admits it didn't deliver but since the company didn't get it back the customer is still liable. Furthermore I was informed the 60 day window was closed for credit requests even though I called them beginning way back in December and they appear to have intentionally drug this out themselves in order to avoid crediting. But t still, nobody has any insurance on any of these items they ship and nobody involved can be held responsible? Do yourself a favor and don't let the credit offerers suck you in because it's not worth it to be on the hook for paying for over $300 worth of items you didn't get because the post office screwed up. Unbelievable.

Tip for consumers:
You need to know here is no refund for packages you don't receive if the Post Office doesn't return them to the company. Even when the PO admits it lost the package. AND they will not tell you this upfront until you've made multiple phone calls and jumped through multiple hoops. Also as of today they are using a foreign non native English speaking company to staff their now joke of a customer service number so it takes an act of Congress to reach anyone that can access anything but payment info

I have gone in multiple times to make a payment and it lets you enter all your info but never lets you submit the actual payment using the submit button. In a busy world, this company needs to catch up with the times and update their website to be more user friendly. I used the desktop site on my home computer and tried on my cell phone also. Neither one worked. I allowed all of the usual cookies to help process my payments, to no avail. They need to do a complete restructure of their payment system to allow for easier payment processes. I did finally get a hold of an actual person and explained the difficulty. My plea for a better website fell on deaf ears. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company! In customer service, every little detail matters. From purchase to payment and if it is frustrating to try to make a payment, who will bother to buy in future?

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect to be able to make a payment on the actual website. You can only call or mail a payment. Are we still in the stone age? The customer service is horrible when you actually can talk to someone.

I got this catalog in the mail stating I was pre-approve.
So, I recently ordered a pair of UGGs and so regret it. I have several pair of UGGs and these are Do NOT seem authentic! The boots had 2 different furs inside which had my socks black. One boot is more fitting than the other. The material on the outside feels cheap. NOT sheepskin! TRULY DISAPPOINTED

Placed and returned an order because the boots were too small, was told that I could exchange the items and wouldn't be charged twice for shipping but I was. If I would have know that, I would have paid the first shipping fee and would not have order anything else. One customer service person tells you one thing, another tells you something else. I will be paying my balance off and will NEVER order from these unprofessional people again! The STUPID rep guy I talked to basically called me a liar because I called and questioned the charges and explained what I was told, and he said that is not the policy. Well they need to retrain their reps so everyone knows what the policies are and they can convey the correct information to their customers. But they have lost me as a customer for sure! I refuse to spend my hard earned money with a company that does not value their customers and lack customer service skills. YA'LL SUCK!

Every time I have order a pair of shoes they're either defective, bad feel and hurt my feet! Very bad quality I could not wear them and had to return every pair. After I made return, Massey's charged me the full amount on shipping and handling then several late fees. Not a good experience.
