Mark's

We made a purchase on line and chose NOT to receive promotional emails from Mark's. Despite our choice, we promptly received junk emails form Mark's. In these emails was a click-on for "unsubscribe" but instead of getting unsubscribe confirmation, we were directed to the Mark's website to view more sales. We think that this is done on purpose and is a dishonest and aggressive sales tactic. Mark's should respect customer's wishes and NOT send emails that are not wanted and should fix their "Unsubscribe" problem.

In the past 5 to 8 years, the women's section clothing specifically has become ugly, overpriced and neutral. It has no personality, no style, just plain ugly if I may be so bold to say I will never buy my clothes at this store again.

I tried to buy a winter jacket size L online but in few days they cancelled my order. Next week I ordered the jacket size M but in two days it was cancelled as well without any explanation. The most ridiculous thing is that the shop continues to sell that jacket and both sizes are available.

They sent me a $50 Carhartt Shirt with holes and thread hanging out of the seems! No customer service support at all! They don't answer emails! Once they get your money they don't give 2 F'cks! Garbage Company and Clothes!

I ordered for the first time from Mark's Work Warehouse on a Sunday and all items were delivered via Purolator (free delivery) on Tuesday. Great fast service. I will definitely order from them again.

Customer service was excellent, informative and attentive. Was helped thoroughly to find right product.
