Very disappointed! They collected the money but they didn't deliver the order in a month! I placed an order on June 30,2020 and it has not arrived until today and the money has not been returned. At every email sent, they tell me that they have been waiting for an update from the courier company every day, for more than a month. The value of the order was £ 342.

The wrong item was delivered. Apparently they don't collect so I have to take the item to a drop off point, which in my case is miles away ( I live in the country). I know it only costs about a pound extra for collection but they won't pay it. I can't get a refund until I return the item they sent incorrectly. They won't send the correct order I have to reorder. There's a whole page of instructions for the return of the item I didn't order.

What a con this company is i joined spent £9.99 so i could have as many deliveries at any cost for a year for free i did 4 orders for just under £300 in 3 days but when i went to order a £34.99 coat they said my bank was blocking i phoned my bank they said they were not got in touch with their customer service again they said sorry asked for my last 4 dgits on card so could get it unblocked they then sent me really weird email saying i had gone over my score and i would have to wait 30 days to order again they also said was for my security? Bunch of morons ive never heard of a company banning you for a month because you spend too much.
IF you decide to pay for the premier delivery please know it doesn't actually last for a year! In the mandmdirect world there is only 364 days in a year. Contacted customer service who basically told me to F off. As a result they have lost a customer. Will switch to ASOS who offers a wider range and their premium delivery does what it says on the tin.
I ordered some j and j jog pants snd t shirts for my 16 year old son I found a really good offer on a pack of 5 t shirts snd two pair pack of joggers snd we were very pleased with them, they arrived the day after I ordered them as I paid for fast delivery but it said they would take two days. Great service, will use again
I ordered from MandM 3 weeks ago. The courier they chose has never tried to deliver - the site still says "with us". MandM has done nothing despite saying they would. I've had no follow up from them and Ive given up hope of seeing the shoes I ordered. Never again.
Received a package from m&m and was left at the front door,I live on a main road and never got home for several hours after the package was left let's guess what happened to it?will not use m&m again
I have used these guys many many times and without dissapointment. I would highly recommend. The brands are good, prices are cheap and if you do need to return anything the turn around time is very quick.
The Paypal checkout is broken and will send your order to a billing address even if you entered a different delivery address on the website. They sell your goods to someone else, and then argue with you. Avoid.
My error i ordered the incorrect size, i noticed within minutes and emailed them stright away... to be told cant do anything about and would need to pay for return... even tho my order still hasnt been processed...
I have ordered over £100 stuff from this company since 30th of December 2022, it has not yet arrived and today is the 7th of January.
How I wish I read the reviews before buying from MandM direct. Hopefully my stuff will arrive next week.

Frustrating customer service, each response you receive to your complaint will be from a different customer service agent. Will not listen to your complaint properly. In my case, they displayed the wrong size for an item of clothing in their webpage description of the item. The item received was 2" larger than the description stated. They won't acknowledge this in their response, instead choosing to respond in generic pre- formatted emails! Horrible company.
I have used many online companies for items of clothing for over 40+ years, I am amazed at the prices, communication & delivery service from M&M Direct. Latest I order@ 17.30, delivered at my door next day before 12.00 noon. I took out the unlimited next day delivery service when I made my first purchase. Well done M&M Direct, overall I am amazed.
Ordered over 100 pounds of items was sent wrong size couldn't return as paid for QR code which wasn't sent none of return places were able to print out label so I'm stuck with this item e mailed customer service to no avail disgusting
Ordered some trainers on the 5th May 2020 never arrived it is now June 30th. I have sent 5 emails requesting information to cutomer services and have never received a reply. Worst cutomer service a have had to deal with. So be warned
Still waiting for parcel i ordered with express delivery got told to wait till 9pm even though courier who i contacted first said they were still waiting on it so here i am today ive been told to contact customer service which i have and received a reply telling me they will reply within 24hrs yep you couldnt make it up, they seem to be unable to provide the express delivery looking a reviews elsewhere but still offering it still taking money for it and still not delivering, asking for full refund hopefull it wont take as long as there delivery or reply from customer service 24hrs lol
Ordered Ben Sherman shirt, they took the money and sent a rubbish tee shirt by mistake, so I returned it at my expense, only to be informed that now my original order was now out of stock, and they would refund my monies, I have now cancelled my account with this company, will not use again,
2 pair of swimming shorts, very different sizes, 1 pair casual fleece shorts big hole in pocket, ideal for playing with myself but loose change falls out,
Totally ripped by mm the slider were made of plastic not memory foam, like something u buy from Smith's toys in wearable and the size on the Lyle Scot t-shirt s and Luke tracksuits are why off do not buy from here total waste of time and money
Had shopped with M and M direct for well over 10 years and my family members spending hundreds of pounds each year.
When things go wrong they weren't interested in resolving the problem had a gift I ordered as a present for my nephew a vintage football the casing was all damaged and packaging I wouldn't normally have minded but this was a showpiece and the casing was part of the visual effect. This was unacceptable just spoiled the present so was unusable. In short, they wouldn't accept it was damaged and would charge me to take it back.
I informed them that I shouldn't have to pay for the returns as clearly damaged they weren't interested I told them if they didn't resolve the issue I and all my family members wouldn't be using them again.
They didn't even bother to reply to the email so from that day I don't use them, to be honest, other places online are just as good if not better, and with good customer service.
