The company is a complete SCAM!
They advertise clothes with photos stolen from other brands. I ordered two coats (not for a cheap price as well) and received cheap knock-offs that are a disgrace. The company will not agree to a refund. Check them out on google - there are many complaints about them.
Ordered and was immediately charged for item, Tracking number shows item "stuck" in CA. Paid with Paypal so hopefully I'll get my money back, at least I have support thru paypal. Been waiting 6 weeks for one lousy blouse. Will never order from any of these sights again!
Repeat problem to everyone else. Credit Card charged, no items showed up. Visa gives insurance for this type of SCAM and will often pull the money paid back out of these companies. Advise company that you want a refund. Wait 15 business days then contact your credit card companies. Don't let them get away with it!
Purchased a large order and was not satisfied with the merchandise. I contacted them by email which went on forever because they wanted to offer me a $19 credit voucher. I explained that all I want is a full refund as I do not want anymore merchandise from them. They told me to pay my own shipping and communication soon ceased. Now I'm left with clothes I don't want, clothes that have a smell, clothes that are missing threading. I'm extremely upset! They have my money and I have nothing.
Its been 3 mos still havent received my order. And not one email notifying me of a delay. Then i had to play some cat and mouse game to track my order. Poor poor service. My worst online shopping experience ever. I do not recommend this website at all!
Terrible says it all. Bought shirt 2x large and was way too small. Shirt looks nothing like advertisement pics which showed slightly distressed denim looking shirts. Mine was cheap, thin material. No instructions for returns. Total rip-off. China company.
I purchased a Boat Neck Floral Long Sleeve Blouses in size XL from the Luvyle online site. By their own size chart it states that this top in size XL which is a US 16. I wear a 14 so I went up a size. Their chart says the bust is 41.7. I am a 39 so thought this would fit. The top arrived and I can't even get my arm into the sleeve to pull it over my head. I measured across the front which was 17", that makes the chest size a 34". In the US that is about a x-small to small! I emailed Luvyle and got a response asking me to send a photo of the blouse tag if the wrong size sent. I responded with a photo and with a statement that I never said they sent the wrong size. I said the size chart for that blouse is not accurate. Then Luvyle ended all contact with me. Fraudsters to say the least. Glad I did order the other 5 tops I was interested in. The label on the package is covered by another label and there was no invoice inside the package to get any return and refund instructions from.
I ordered boots in February and 3 months later still waiting to receive them. I haven't had an update on delivery and no one responds to emails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have contacted my bank to report this and asked them to recover my monies. Terrible service!

I really regret ordering from this company. The blouses were totally different from their appearance online and the sizes were way off. I tried to contact the company to return them but got no reply to my email. A complete waste of money.
I have received goods and wish to return them. I have asked via their instructions by email to receive a returns address.

I ordered 3 tshirts and 2 pairs of pants for my daughter - Christmas gift. Everything is of cheap quality! Pants are horrific harsh material... it took approx 1 month to arrive now they won't take returns due to their 30 day policy..."It is our policy, sorry we cannot change it" Cheap pants would maybe fit an 8 year old...
Well I appear to be just one more in a long line of people who Luvyle has royally screwed. I did receive my order, but it was wrong. I ordered grey they sent me red. Size was insanely small nowhere near "ordinary" sizes i. E. Small, Medium, etc. I asked for a return authorization shipping label and asked when I could expect the right color items to be sent. I was told I could pay for return shipping. What? They also said well you can give these away as gifts if the color is wrong. What? So I replied provide me a return shipping label or refund my money. NO resolution. Material is thin wispy junk cotton and WAY undersized. Avoid this company. You can see the fake positive reviews don't believe a word of them.

Not only did I spend $150 in absolute garbage but I waited a month to receive this trash! It is not true to size so will be returning and it is made very poorly! Everything I purchased was unsatisfactory! I am so upset with myself for not reading the reviews first! Absolutely and totally unhappy with what I received and only after sending numerous emails asking for a full refund! Do not buy, you would do better off purchasing from a second hand store or a flea market, even their stuff is made better! These sweats are coming apart at the seams and this top is supposed to be longer it's like a half top and the material is so thin and cheap sending back and will never ever purchase from them again! Beware clothes are absolute garbage!
I knew better - if it seems too good to be true, it is. I ordered several items from this company and they finally arrived. They were all too thin, the material was cheap and the quality was so poor that I would never wear any of them. Trying to get a refund from them has been crazy since the website is lacking. My only recourse is to dispute the charges on my credit card and hope that I've learned me lesson. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them...

I ordered and my card was charged an international fee no indication that this site was from China. I received my cloths and they are not the same product. Cost more to ship them back than to purchase.
I recently bought couple of dresses on Luvyle and completely fallen in love with the products. Perfect fit. Their flash sales are amazing. I could find my favourite white floral designed dress for a much lower price.

Awful service! Ordered clothes over 6 weeks ago & got no response when I have followed up to see where they are as still haven't arrived. Waste of money! Will get facebook involved now as that's where I saw their advert - shockingly bad. Any good reviews on here are fake!

I don't know much about women's fashion but I'm guessing it's good cause my friend left with a purse and two dresses. And also fantastic selection of clothes and styles for men. Very trendy and comfortable. Will be buying all my business and casual attire from luvyle in the future.

They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE! THIS IS A BIG SCAM SO BE CAREFUL! The clothing that you see in the photos is NOT what you actually get. The quality is the cheapest I have ever seen!
