This company is a joke and they must use robots to send their customer service e-mails. An order that was supposed to take 3-8 days has not arrived yet and it's five weeks later. First, they replied that they were overwhelmed by too many orders, then, they changed their mind and said that they did not have the item in stock. Meanwhile, my poor mother, who had ordered the item and visited me for 5 weeks left the country. I asked them to send the item (when it's ready) directly to her in Europe. Nope, instead they ask for my patience and as "compensation" will treat my order as "Priority" once it's in stock. Guaranteed delivery 3-8 days... When I asked if I could have my purchase refunded they told me it would take 4-5 weeks to see the refund. I have no idea what kind of crap they will send when it's finally ready but I don't have high hopes.
This company sucks. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not even received an email saying the order has been shipped. It's my first time ordering and it will definitely be my last. When you go to their website and try to email them to ask a question they give you one of those boxes with the weird shape letters that you have to copy to prove you're not a robot but every time I do that it says the code is not valid so you can't even send your email. I'm calling the bank on Monday to dispute my charge and get a credit for the amount of my purchase which was $85. Do not order from this website. It's a scam. There's no way to get a hold of them and you won't receive your merchandise. I gave them one star only because it doesn't allow you to give them zero.

This brand is absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy off here unless you want to waste all of your money. Firstly, I waited over a month to receive this product. When it finally arrived, after asking the company where my product is, the quality of these clothes was dramatically under par. The garment that I received was dramatically different from the described product and had a hole in the pocket. The dress was made out of the worst material ever. I am extremely disappointed. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Do not ever order from Luvyle. The clothes are complete garbage. The tan 'coat' I ordered looks like it was cut out with scissors from cheap, thin felt. And the sizes are so small. I'm a size 12 ordered XL and everything looks like a small. It smells. Terrible! Please don't waste your money.

This is a shocking company - DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! Their garments are not true to their photos. It is impossible to get onto them. They did not have a return address listed on their website. They use frequent different email addresses to reply to your concerns, yet none of them are sincere or worthwhile in answering your questions, and are clearly written by someone who does not speak english well. Photos below show you how they advertise one shirt and the other shows what the actual shirt looks like when you receive it. Sooo disappointing :(

Never, ever, ever order from this criminal enterprise! The only way they are getting 5-star reviews is to write them themselves. I was an idiot to not read up on them first, and have now paid the price. There were many many communications that I could share, but their worst was, when I realized I was being had (their clothes are absolute junk!), I clearly and plainly told them in writing to cancel the rest of my order. They spent days replying to me that I just needed to be patient, they were busy, they were overwhelmed because their product is so good. Blah, blah, blah. I kept insisting. Then they finally shipped the rest of my order--8 weeks after taking my money--and replied to my original demand for cancellation to say that they can't cancel an order that has been shipped. I will NOT rest until I have tried everything possible to get my money back and put them out of business. They are utterly horrific and flat-out criminals.

I've been shopping here for a bit over 6 months now and i'd say. I have always loved their clothing and the amazing quality they offer. Im glad they have maintained their high quality over the years when some other brands seem to be going down the cheaper route where clothing shrinks in a cold wash. The only time I have had an issue I returned the garment and the sales lady replaced it with a new one.

I placed an order for 5 items.
About 3 weeks later I received 2 wrong items and the 3 other items were not even close to what their picture looked like (which is exactly what you hear from all of the other legit reviews of this company).
I spent several weeks going through their online return process without any response other than some automated emails that they likely send to everyone. I decided to call my credit card and see if there was anything they could do and within 10 minutes they got all the info from me and said they would handle it from there. A few weeks later I got a letter from my Visa card and they said they have credited my account. I don't know if the company responded to them or not but if everybody did this, Luvyle would either have to change their ways or the credit card companies would probably stop doing business with them.

A Luvyle ad somehow came across my screen and a purchased a blouse for my wife's anniversary gift. For starters, it took about a month to arrive--from Hong Kong I later realized. Worse, the blouse material was so thin it was almost transparent, completely unlike the advertising photo (see both photos herewith). I emailed the company asking for a return order number and return procedure, which they have refused to send. They keep telling me to take photos showing defects. I keep telling them the material is see-through, but that doesn't matter. I JUST DON'T WANT THE BLOUSE. Out of desperation I sent them this photo, but have not heard back. I suspect that any positive reviews are phony--from a paid review service.

Do not order from this company. The clothing is very cheap and are not like the photos. I placed an order in July and it took over two weeks for some (I never received all of my items orders and paid for) to be delivered when I paid extra for two day delivery. I returned my item and I am still waiting for my refund. I continue to get the same excuse from Vicky, Blue, Calle and Rella; "Good day. Sorry for letting you wait.
