I ordered from this company on March 1st 2019. I ordered a total of 11 items totaling $156.10. I received the email that informed me my payment was successful my account was also debited for the full amount of $156.10. To my surprise my items started arriving later in the month but my order was completely broken up into 3 shipments. The first package I received had 3 of the items I had purchased. I was so excited only to open the package and find that the items I had seen in the pictures on the website was not at all what I received in the mail. The quality of the garments was despicable. The fabric was flimsy, buttons were missing, the fabric on some were unraveling and to top it off the garments looked nothing like the garments that were pictured on the website. The package came with no information on returning items for refund or exchange. I wrote to the company on their website on 5 separate occasions and never got a response. I called the phone number listed for this company on their website also 5 times and left 5 different messages and still I never received a response. Between this time I had received a second package that had 5 more items that I ordered. And again I was hit with the same issues of poor garment quality, missing buttons or snaps, garments received where not as pictured on the website. And again I called and left messages. I also attempted to reach someone by going on to the customer contact page and it would not allow me to send in a ticket. I then noticed on the site as I'm tracking my 3 package and noticed that one of my items that I paid for is not listed as being shipped. I then take another avenue and try to reach out to the company through my PayPal account as this is how I paid. After doing this I then received an email which instructed me to hang the clothes up and take a picture and send the picture to them so they can better help me. WTF! I'm sorry but I don't see how me sending you a picture of the problem is going to help you solve the issues with this order especially being the fact that I clearly asked for an address to send the garments back due to quality and fit issues and me asking for a refund of the item you charged me for and did not ship out. And they gave me some lame excuse that the refund process will take between 10-25 days but the in the same sentence say that the refund can be processed in 5-7 days and it would take a month to get refund. WHAT KIND OF CRAZINESS IS THAT! Save yourself the headache and just don't shop from this website.
Innocently believed in what seemed a legit online store and purchased 5 dresses without doing any previous research. Checked the return policy prior to finalize my order and thought - well "if anything I will just return the items and get my money back" as like with any other store that ensures its customers a return and refund policy. In my entire life I had never had any issues or difficulty in quickly getting my money back after being dissatisfied with a purchase, so I didn't even consider it as

THIS WAS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE Order *******.

Submitted my order on July, 7th
Order was shipped on August, 5th
Received all items on August, 19th
THE QUALITY WAS A JOKE as you can read in other reviews; my cleaning cloth is made with much better material
Sent all items back and had to pay for the shipping return on August, 21st - I was told that I would get the money back within 2-7 business days
September 3rd and no refund yet - reached out again on Sept 4th and they told me it would take another 10-15 days
September 26th and no refund yet reached out again and they told me that they had requested my refund to be sent in emergency status
October 3rd and no refund yet - sent 2 new emails so far and now I DON'T EVEN GET A RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
October 5th this entire experience leaves me wondering HOW IS LUVYLE STILL OPERATING AND CONTINUES DECEIVING TONES OF
PEOPLE?
PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM! I lost ~ $ 100 USD and now will have to waste more time and energy to legally resolve it.
I do not like to leave negative reviews ever, but I feel I have to warn others about how disrespectful this company is. I have been waiting for a refund for 5 months. These are some of their responses to my repeated emails to them:
