Luvyle made my online shopping so easy and quick. They have lot of options at a very reasonable price. They deliver fast and everything was packed neatly. I ordered a dress for my sister as well and she is very happy with her dress, the smile on her face made my day. I will order again from this website.
I spent $110 + with this website. I followed the chart's provided for sizing. Everything was too small. My real complaint is that when I tried to contact their customer service to arrange returns, they ignored me for 2 weeks. I persisted and someone emailed me. Same thing 2 more times and I haven't heard ANYTHING since July 8. SO I guess I have 7 items I can't wear and they have my money.
I am a busy most of the time and whenever my wife wants to go shopping, we buy from luvyle. It is always a great experience shopping from them. Great quality products especially the dresses, they are well priced and sometimes come with even better offers. I have also recommended this to my sister for this Christmas. Hope she will have a good time.

Five star is not enough! Last year alone I bought three different sneakers for my running exercises in the morning and this was surely getting me frustrated. I discovered you guys via my aunt who had lot of praises for you. I called one of your customer care agents and I explained what I needed and surely I can confirm that she listened. Items were nothing like what is shown online. Sewn crooked, run very small. I returned all items per their instructions. They refused to pay return shipping even after I sent them a copy of their ad which, stated free return shipping. I paid the shipping. It has been 3 months and they still have not credited my account. They promise that the money will be in my account every time I email them. Up to 43 emails at this point. They continue to lie and wish you a lovely day. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVYLE. I know, many of the items look great but, what you get is not what you see. You will be taking your chances and, they don't understand the concept of a return. I pay for the order before I get it. I decide to return order. I pay return shipping ( with proof that add stated they would pay but company refuses). They received return and won't give me my money back! I paid a bunch plus return costs and here I sit 43 emails later.

I ordered clothing for a trip, as it said it would arrive within 7-15 business days. It arrived long after I was back, 6 weeks! As I did not need the clothing any more, I asked for a return postage form since it arrived too late. When they did reply, they said that was impossible. I asked to connect with a supervisor. It never happened. I am truly disgusted with these people, and only wish I had done my homework before being sucked in with their ads. Do yourself a favor and move on. Or shop locally

I would give a Zero if that was an option. I should have listened to all the reviews! I am having the same exact problem trying to return items. I sent a message over 2 weeks ago and I get one message per day asking different questions from different people and now they are back to asking the same questions they already asked! Just like the reviewers below, they offered me a $17 dollar refund for a $60 order! This is fraud and they are trying top rip all of us off. I have tried numerous ways to contact them to get this resolved but have not had any success. This company needs to be shut down!

Anyone else notice how none of the owners of positive reviews appear to be native English speakers? I ordered a blouse in January. I can't comment on the quality because it never arrived. I did not realize when I placed my order that it would be coming from China. I found this out when I sent a message asking where my order was (after 2 weeks) and was sent a tracking number that showed the order being shipped from China somewhere. That was it. No indication the package ever made it to the US, never got to my house, nothing. In late March, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. I will not attempt to order again. I avoid all these companies now. They are all the same.

Quality of the clothes is very poor and smaller size for Large or other. Arrival only after 30 days not 7-15 days. But the worst, no communication skills, they do not answer the question you ask. They stay very vague and difficult to refund or send back clothes. I Am still working on that refund. Do not BUY from them.

If I could give them a negative number I would, I ordered over a month ago, all the status says is Payment Successful. No shipping information, no emails, nothing! I tried to email them and I keep getting an error for the code they sent me. My order #******* is worthless and I will be contacting PayPal to get a refund. Do not be fooled. This company Luvyle is a rip off to the highest. It's a company out of China or Hong Kong trying to look like they are a legitimate company out of California. It took over a month to receive the clothing and they were nothing like what was pictured in the ads. Very cheap, poorly made, clothing. No tags on any of the articles and was in the cheapest bags I've seen not sealed. The clothes looked like cheap Halloween costumes that you would buy at a Dollar Store. On their site it says they will provide returns but don't believe it. They ignored any and all requests for a refund. We contacted Paypal to help us and Luvyle says they will refund half out what we paid. They are purposely ripping people off. Do not believe the good reviews they are FAKE!

Sold me items that were likely based on pictures stolen from other websites. Extremely poor quality and items not at all as pictured. Apparently this company is based out of China and there is no direct way to get in touch with them. There are apparent language barriers in being able to communicate and resolve concerns with them. Yet they still required me to pay return shipping to China to receive a refund, and now they are not following through in providing me with a refund of the items I sent back. Will be reporting this company to the Federal Trade Commission.
