I ordered five items at the beginning of September 2019. After a month, I went to cancel my order because nothing had been received. I contacted the seller through PayPal. The seller answered that they could not cancel my order because my order had just been sent. It was a lie! In fact they had only sent one item. They did it on the same day I raised the issue - probably to stop me from cancelling my order. I received the remaining four items on Friday 18/10/19. The order was a month and a half late and to my big surprise, a part of it arrived from China! The sizes are completely wrong and the quality is shocking! Nothing looks like on the website. I now want to return the whole order but the email address in the company return policy does not exist! There is no phone number to ring!
The seller makes fake advertisement and then send totally different items, that it cheap staff. When I tried to dispute with them they wanted me to send their clothes to China and pay high shipment cost. This is a scam. Don't deal with this seller.
I purchased $500 worth a clothes. I did receive it all within a few weeks from ordering it. I ordered one size larger. Everything I got runs very small. Items don't look like clothes in pictures. Some items had very strong smell to them. Most clothes made with synthetic material. No information listed on clothes what material is. I have asked to send entire order back for refund and did not received an email back from company. AVOID this company! I wished I had read reviews prior to ordering from them. I would of not order from them. No good reviews online about this company! I lost money don't be taken like I was!

This is the absolute worst company ever!
I made a purchase 3 moths ago and still have not received my item.
Every email I got they kept on telling me to wait a few me days and also that it takes this long to come from where ever they are in the world.
The kept on telling me so many lies about why I had not received it, not once either, over and over in all emails I got.

Ordered a t shirt in large (grey with black cat), I'm a UK size 12 and it's just big enough for my 5 year old niece! I've requested a return and refund but the cost of returning it makes it pointless. I'll never buy anything from here again and wouldn't recommend you do either.

I can't even give this junk to goodwill. My daughter and niece laughed hysterically when they saw the horrible blouses'. "Oh Mom, never buy from those pop up ads!" Made of some plasticky painted fabric doomed to sit for an eternity in a landfill - it will never decompose! Anyway, it cost money; but at least it was hilarious.

Ordered in February. I know COVID an issue but inquired after 6 weeks about status as they charged my card immediately. Asked on no less than 6 occasions up to the end of May for a copy of receipt/invoice so I could have my purchase reversed. 6 different service reps, 6 different replies. No invoice ever received. Refund promised by 3 of them since early May. Still waiting. Basically money gone - lesson learned.

I should have know that the price was too good to be true! The tops took almost 3 months to arrive, they were tiny, cheap, see through, and the top that 'looks' like embroidery is just stamped on. So ugly that they went right into the garbage rather than deal with a return. I wouldn't even give this company one star.

Do not shop here unless you like throwing away your money for crappy small clothes. I have been trying to find out how to return the goods without much response at all. I understand you get what you pay for however I ordered 12 pieces so far I have 9 and 5 need to be returned they are either waayyyy to small even though I ordered large, they would fit maybe a 10 year old. Some of the items were similar to the picture just very poor quality. I have sent 7 emails over the past 2 weeks they have just stopped replying.

About three weeks ago, I ordered a pretty beige crew neck sleeveless dress from Luvyle. The dress had a great color in the displayed photo and was also on a discount; however, having gone through quite a few negative experiences in online shopping, I was still quite wary to order. After a while though, I took the plunge and have truly never been happier. The dress I received was exactly the same as the photo, and I could find no flaw in stitching or otherwise. I used a mild detergent while washing, and the color didn't fade a bit. Truly satisfied.

Please do note order from this company. My order took 3 weeks to ship and another 2 to arrive. I had to send back 2 out of 3 items (due to very small sizing) and was never issued a refund of $34. Exchanged emails back and forth for 3 months and all I got where empty promises of a refund coming written in bad English grammar.

My order never came, but they charged my card immediately. Have tried emailing, calling, no response. Tried canceling my order, but when I go through the process it says $0 refund! I will file a dispute with my credit card company next. This place has no customer service and clearly no pride in their business. This is actually the first negative review I have ever written for anything, but so unimpressed that I felt the need! I would highly suggest you do not purchase from Luvyle!
