Ordered in February. I know COVID an issue but inquired after 6 weeks about status as they charged my card immediately. Asked on no less than 6 occasions up to the end of May for a copy of receipt/invoice so I could have my purchase reversed. 6 different service reps, 6 different replies. No invoice ever received. Refund promised by 3 of them since early May. Still waiting. Basically money gone - lesson learned.
