I have always been a tad apprehensive about not only shopping online, but also buying clothes that looked higher in quality than their price would indicate. Thankfully, I was not disappointed in Luvyle. The 2 dresses I ordered fit perfectly and are made from quality fabric, they also wash well. The skirt was a little small (my fault, wishful thinking), overall - I am a happy customer.

I placed an order in November for Christmas... they shipped it to an unknown address. The order was shipped back to China and confirmed receipt. It is mid April and I have not received a refund of over $200.00. I email them daily and get a run around every time or they send me emails meant for other people. Please beware of this company. Anyone who is putting good posts might be fake.

Ordered 3 tops all different sizes as one for me other 2 for friends. Quality and sizes nothing like they should be or how they appear on their website. Quality awful no return policy despite saying I would cover postage back to China and they continuously ignored request for return address. I have wasted a huge amount of money and I am appalled by their service, quality and over priced clothes. Avoid at all costs!
The stuff is crap real cheap and nasty "made in China" stuff. When you ask to return items luvyle offer a refund of half the money, well I have been waiting for my refund since September. I cannot stress enough do not purchase from this site or any site where the product comes from China is my advice

DONT BUY HERE! It's a criminal organisation. My item could not be delivered so they would give me back my money. I send 35 emails and every time they promised to refund ASAP. This was November. Now March... still nothing! Don't buy here!

Very dishonest company that lies about shipping times, pretends you have paid for all items ordered, and asks you to be patient and hope you ever get your money back when requesting a refund. This is the kind of company that screams scam.
Bought 4 shirts at least for my mom as my birthday present and they arrived neat and clean and the colors are all exactly the same, the size is a plus as well.
But there is the last item that arrived didn't get the exact specification of order. Instead of blue shirt, the package has green one. It's normal in online shopping app, so i tried returning it and wait for them to deliver the right one.

I have read all the negative reviews for this website after I placed my order. However, I was pleasantly surprised. At first I had some difficulty tracking my order. I found an email (*******@luvyle.com) and received a prompt response with my tracking information. My order was received on time. All five tops fit as described. The quality was good considering the price which I paid half off all items). If others didn't understand this is a Chinese company, I feel they didn't research the source of the website. That to me is common practice for anyone ordering on line. So, overall, I would say I am very happy with my purchases.
I ordered a sweater in November 2019, still waiting for my product. I have sent 4 emails they give the same excuse( it's on the way). I will now go to my bank and file a claim. PLEASE don't buy from this company.
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the £33 worth of clothes, emailed them to chance and was told I would receive them "soon". They sent me a tracking email but the tracking address has no parcel registered to it.
All a con.

Exceptionally happy with my request and furthermore needed to express how satisfied I was with looking for my better half through your shop, She is extremely content with dresses.
I wound up getting the bundle around 10 days after the fact. The dresses should be somewhat adjusted, which I expected since her hips are somewhat more extensive than the item estimations. In general, I am exceptionally satisfied with the fit and nature of the dresses, particularly considering their reasonable value point.
