I'm really amazed by this shopping site! I was a skeptic at first because in the past I had some bad experience with shopping online. But not with this one! Customer service is great and they reply really fast on your questions if you have one. My first order was a beautiful, modern T-shirt which came on time, well packaged. And last but not least - their prices are really affordable. The real thing is seasonal sales. You can get premium women's clothes with 15,30 or even 40 % off! I recommend!

The shipping was so slow that I thought I had been swindled. I bought 5 shirts all size Large. However only 3 out of the 5 mostly fit. I used the measurement guide found on their site but still the shirts varied greatly!
Would give no stars if I could. Ordered 2 blouses never received them, contacted company and they can not find the record of my order, but took my money. Called bank and disputed transaction. Unbelievable!

Please ignore any positive reviews they are clearly fake - very obvious! I ordered 2 items and was horrified when they arrived. Not fit to dress a doll in or make dusters from. Nothing like pictures, material or colours or sizes as sold. They are dropping to bits as you lift them out of packet! Complained to PayPal whose response has been shocking, they have not investigated at all and continue to take peoples money on behalf of these scammers despite the increasing reviews of people being ripped off. PayPal claim to protect buyers rights - what a joke! Chinese trader, does not advertise as such in fact quite the opposite- tries to portray as reputable international company which IT IS NOT. Avoid at all costs, I have lost my money and now stuck with items that are going straight in the bin. Total scam!

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying. Two weeks and nothing shipped. Repeated emails from customer service saying it would be shipped that day were untrue. Repeated requests to cancel my order were ignored. Disgraceful. Am now pursuing through PayPal

Waited weeks for an item to arrive and had to chase. Told not in stock. Then asked for a refund which apparently takes 28 days, I am still waiting. Latest is they are having issues with their financial accounts system and have been unable to process these. Do not waste your money

This is a sister company to Annie cloth, and berry whatever. Do not purchase from these people. They work out of infested warehouses in Great China, Diseases infested clothes that are not even close to what the pictures show.
After posting my original review, I was contacted by Luvyle with a rubber stamp stating they would help me, then received this response email "Julia from Luvyle.com
May 26,2019 to me-Dear customer, I have confirmed with our financial department, your refund has been completed on 2019-05-08. Please check it again. Or you can also make a call to the bank to confirm more details later. Thanks for your patience and understanding and patience in advance. " REALLY? 20 days after they say my refund was completed and I still do not have my refund! This place should be reported as a SCAM and their ads should not be allowed to roam the internet!

This company is a scam. I cancelled my order 10 hours after placing it, which was 3 weeks ago, and they refuse to refund my money even though the order had not even processed. When calling their phone number, you get a message to leave a voicemail (get no response when you leave a message); when you email AND send a message through their website you get a generalized standard response EVERY TIME that states "I have confirmed with our financial department, your refund has been completed.
But since you paid to us through Credit Card, it usually takes a few days for the refund to appear on your card statement. Or you can also make a call to the bank to confirm more details later. "
This company is just out to rip you off!
SCAM - don't buy from this company! I placed an order valued at $90, over 3 months ago, after waiting 5 weeks, no items arriving, I emailed them to check up and received bizarre replies from "Vicky" and "Sandy"! I realised it was suss and demanded a refund, in which they said took 25 days to process... it's been 5 weeks and I'm yet to receive my money back!

I ordered items from this site thinking it was a UK site. How wrong I was! Despite having checked item size guides the tops that arrived would have fit a 10 year old, not a large chested adult! I requested a return on their website and heard nothing so I emailed them. They offered me a voucher for their site of £12 for 3 items which cost just over £39, I declined. They then insisted that I send the return package tracked... to CHINA (once your package arrives in China there is no tracking as China do not offer this!) I did so, only to receive the parcel back around 6 weeks later with a note to say it had not been collected. So, not only did they steal my money for the orser, it also cost me about £15 to return clothing that just ended up back with me again anyway.
Will not touch with a bargepole and won't order from other Chinese clothing businesses now either.
It took 5 months to finally get my order. When I received it, it was a joke, the clothes fit my 10 year old daughter. The fabric has so bad quality that you may see through. No real people to call for customer service. I left several messages, but I haven't got any answer "yet". Bad experience! Very disappointed. There's no need for anything like this when you really want to be successful in business. Oh I forgot! It's a scam

I ordered three dresses online that arrived on different and much delayed dates, only to attempt to stop the rest of the order after the first delivery with no avail.
The first dress was cheapest fabric... poor quality and nothing like the image. The second dress was sewn completely INSIDE OUT and from a grade 8 Home Ec sewing class. And the third was more than see through and had a Dollar store quality.
Absolute garbage, and when you contact them for a refund, there has never a reply back.
Save your money, and go to a reputable company.
