Before you order, please know these wigs are shipped from China. Takes weeks to Receive, Very Expensive to Return. Costed me 27.75 to send back. I haven't gotten my money back yet. I was told it would take a couple of weeks at Post Office. I checked Tracking today, in 4 days it will be 30 days shipped. Tracking information states "it's in custom" since Sept 27,2021. I'm going to give it a few more days and see if PayPal can help me.

The hair was horrible! Looked worst than baby doll hair! Straight scam... It took over a month for delivery... Awful experience overall...

Stay away from this company! They are a bunch of criminals. They put misleading pics of wigs on their site and the one you get is nothing like the picture. Bait and switch at its finest. They don't deserve a single star. They also won't give you your money back. They're disgusting criminals.

Omg I love this wig. All I had to do was finger comb it out to my desired look and it came out perfect. Also about great plus. It came with a wig cap.

I purchased a wig last year in 2020. It was supposed to be a blond pixie style with a little dark brown at the roots of the hair.
What I received was nothing like wig that I ordered. It was a short black wig that had no style. I tried to contact this company. They sent me an email stating that that was what I ordered.
I sent another email stating that I was sending the wig back, which I did. They never sent me a refund to this day, June 17,2021. Just to remind you that it took me 2-3 months to receive the wig.
Luna Wigs is a scam and should be put out of business.
I'm going to pursue all efforts to shut them down!

Terrible, I receive two dried up wings like mops packed in a ziplock bag press down together and bundle with tape. Awful and to top it off they do not want to give you the money back they want to negotiate want you to keep your dry wings that you will never wear and give you less of your money don't do it this is a hustle set out to Miss lead and deceived black women the wigs come from China made from Moss out of a tree.

The wigs I received are nowhere close to those pictured when i ordered. If I could give them a negative 0, I would. I am quite sure returning this trash wont be easy. Also, they dont fit

I purchased a wig from this site it looked like a mop do not purchase from them you will not receive the wig picture my cousin wore it and she got so many looks she trashed it, you could see the threading where it was sewn

The wig I received was not the pixie wig it was ugly like someone just threw anything and mailed it its wrong and am pissed.

I brought 2 wigs from this company and both were terrible! Quality was bad, neither one looks anything like the pictures! I kick my self for not looking at the reviews 1st, bcuz I normally look at reviews before making any purchases! Don't fall for these pics, the wigs look nothing like these photos & there is no fix. The wigs are worthless!

I purchased a salt and pepper curly shoulder length bob from this oriental hair company and what I received was atrocious. The hair was exceptionally light, feathery not like hair, grey, pink and purple hue and no resemblance to salt and pepper hair color, straight and fly away, no resemblance to natural curly afro american hair patterns less alone texture. I should have read the reviews on this company first. Save your money and time. It took nearly 25 days for the wig to come from China or where ever it was made and shipped. I would advise you not to purchase. The product has a extremely toxic odor which made me ill. Open only while wearing a mask and handle with gloves and protective clothing. I had to loose my money and the return seems impossible -----doubt if you get your money back. I would love to photo this wig but we immediately repackaged it for safety purposes.

Wig was not the color advertised. Wig felt like horse hair. Company is giving me the run around about refund. I feel like I'll never get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I paid for Braided wig. Received a ponytail. Customer service email is a joke... do not buy because you will be disappointed

Forced to give a star rating though 1 star is too many. I ordered 3 wigs from this company that gave me the impression it was a US company. It is not. When I realized it was overseas (China) I knew it was a waste of time bothering to write. Didn't want to call because I didn't know what kind of charges would show up on my phone bill. At any rate, none of the wigs look like what is advertised on their site. Two are just absolutely awful. As I said, I wrote customer service using the form on the site. Of course, I didn't get a response. Chalking it up to a loss and a lesson learned. Not worth the headache to try and get my money refunded. At least I was smart enough to use my PayPal account so that they don't have my credit card info.
