I should have checked the reviews for this company Luna Wigs before I gave them $60 for two wig purchases. I ordered wigs in April and here it is June and I have not received any thing. I emailed the two people who answered me when I reached back in early May. Would you believe now, those email addresses are not working... If you see advertising for Luna don't order, post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube wherever you use social media. Give that company a bad rep, so that no one will order products from them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

The wig finally arrived on today! The wig doesn't look nothing like what I ordered. Y'all schemed me & I hope your shaddy $#*! company SHUT DOWN! This doesn't look like the wig that I ordered. I have filed an international complaint. WOMEN STOP SUPPORTING THIS BUTLEG AS COMPANY ASAP. & if my Mother doesn't want it. It will be thrown in the trash.
I ordered a wig in April and at the end of June I doll don't have my wig. I've emailed them and the mailbox is full so therefore no response as to where my order is. I've tried using the tracking apps they suggested but of course they're never updated.
BOTTOM LINE: NO WIG! NO REFUND! NO COMMUNICATION!
I ordered a wig that took about 2 and 1/2 months to arrive, I assumed the pandemic was part of the reason for the delay, but when it finally arrived it was nothing like the wig I ordered. It was very poor quality hair and did not look natural at all. Please do not waste your money on this junk. I was very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these scammers! I bought 2 wigs from these scammers and the wigs look NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THEIR SITE! The hair is course, no texture, no style, nothing but pure trash! Took 7 weeks of me sending them threatening emails to get them and ended up with wigs that looked like matted, tangled dog hair! I threw them in the trash.
I paid for 5 wigs April 1,2020. I was been e-mailed saying the shipment was on the way 20 days later. During the month of April. May I was told due to covid -19 to please have patience the shipment was on the way. Here it is June 17,2020 and I have not received anything.

Luna Wigs is a horrible, disgusting company with poor customer service. Wigs ordered NEVER arrived despite numerous emails that order is on the way. Bank was contacted to dispute charges to return money to the credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They don't even deserve 1 star... but review will not submit with no star selected.
I didn't read the reviews/complaints before ordering 2 short wigs on 5/8/20 with shipment dates ranging from 7-12 days it is 5/29/20 and according to other reviews & complaints this company is a fraud business out of China. One lady contacted PayPal was able to get her money back I'm going to give that a try and place my review of this company on every website I can.
I ordered a wig Dom Luna back April 28th they took the money out of my card but I haven't received My wig I will get my bank involved if I Idont get my merchandise
OMG! This was so disappointing! My friend and I both ordered from this website. The pictures on the site are so misleading. It took me 6 weeks to get my order, neither of the wigs looked like what i ordered. One of them was two different colors, and just hideous! If they had atleast been quality wigs I would have gifted them to some friends who might have worn them. Worst of all, they both looked like doll hair. Since the return policy is so strict I threw them away!
I am overwhelmingly disappointed in the product recieved. One wig i purchased was not what I received, as well as neither fit the description of what they would look like. Both were underwhelmingly subpar to advertising, and I am extremely disappointed in the knock off sale you provided. I am so disappointed with the integrity of what you advertise i will illuminate on your poor quality product to future customers.

I received my wig. The hairstyle i saw online was real hair on someones head. They only tried to copy the style in the picture that was way off. Its dishonest and deceiving. I leared a valuable lesson, to never order and never advise anyone else to use this scam site.
My daughter ordered a wig for my birthday or Mother's Day 2020. Just now getting it. And it's the wrong style. First time ordering from them and it'll be our last.
