I ordered 2 wigs from this company May 4 and have not received my wigs yet. It July 12,2020 Never again. They debited my account $41 and some change and nothing. Who is responsible. Thanks
If I could give this site a minus 1star, I would. I waited 2 months for my wigs. I bought 2 short hair styles for the summer and they were nothing like the pictures. No matter how I fluffed it with my fingers and used a rake come and pick. It like look a dead animal laying on my head. I am disappointed. They did not have any labels or logos that say what kind of styles they are. They put 2 wig caps with them.
I ordered a wig from Luna wig on May 8th, and have not received it in July. They advertised their shipping process will take 7-12 business day but it's not true. When I reached out to them, they sent me a bunch of emails to be patient because of this, that, and the other. On two occasions, they offered me a discount of $4, and $8 instead of refunded the money. I had to go through my credit card company to cancel the payment.

Worst online shopping experience EVER! $80.00 which included 3-7 day shipping for an extra $9.99! Ordered on May 25,2020; still no wigs to date. Tracking sucks, updates are only made like every 6-10 days! When I say you got me this time! But GOD don't sleep! Stop screwing people out of their money! Also 1 star says "doesn't get any worse" well it does because LUNA WIGS don't ever deserve that star! Just pitiful!
