I do not recommend ordering lunawigs. It took several weeks for my order to come in and there was not company contact information to check the status. The email attached to my order receipt was not valid and my messages were returned as Undeliverable. When the wigs finally arrived, they were NOT at all what I ordered. The quality of the product was very low grade and not fit to be worn! DO NOT ORDER LUNAWIGS! I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order.
I waited 2 weeks for the black kinky curly wig with the side part that is advertised on Youtube showing the woman putting the hair back on a ponytail. Instead received a poor quality dark brown curly wig not even my grandmother would wear. Luna Wigs knows people will not want to return the product back to their London address due to the shipping costs. Save your money and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. THEY ARE A SCAM!

These fools are so brazen they DID NOT RESPOND to PayPal, the money gurus! I am happy l did, at least l got my money back. I am through with foreign purchasing. However, they put either no address or a US address to cloak the real foreign sweat shops they operate. I suggest on line shoppers beware and always pay with PayPal. You stand a better chance.
This company is foreign rip off that targets women of color using images of merchandise that they Do Not have. They give you emails to contact them that are false and no address on the shipping label. You are not able to reach them to get a refund. I went through Paypal. I am hoping l can get my money back and return that wet sewer rat they sent for a wig. They use notable stars in the ads to promote this lie on US soil and mislead you into thinking they are located here like Luna Wigs Philadelphia. I hope you get yours and l am going to the feds starting with the FTC and so on!
I just checked and there are no complaints about this wig company. And, that's why they are able to rip us off! NO ONE IS COMPLAINING ON A NATIONAL LEVEL!

I order 2 wigs from www.lunawigs.com they arrive today and look nothing like what was advertise on the website (see attached pictures) the black hair is what was advertised. Don't waste your money give it to charity! This site should be closed down. Shame I couldn't do 0 stars.
I wish I could give Luna wigs a BIG FAT 0. Sent me the wrong wig twice, now my emails are getting returned. My co-worker who I told about these wigs is out $100. I should have known something wasn't right when I ordered the first one. Live and Lean.
This was/is the worse online purchase I've EVER had! It took one month to receive the 3 wigs-none of them resembled the website pics. Contacted the company the same day I got these mops & been getting the shaft every since. I'm reporting them to any/everyone I can. Like other reviews, they won't supply a return address, want some kind of evidence and an order of more than $70, they offered me $3.00! BUYER BEWARE... RUN!

I purchased three of these so called wigs. What I received after waiting for a month for delivery was nothing like the pictures on the website. The lengths, textures and even the color are wrong. The quality of the wigs is so poor, I would never wear them! The site states they are can be returned for "any reason" within 14 days for a 100% refund. I have requested three times for the address to return them. I am getting the run around with that too. They want you to send pictures, which I have done, under protest. I see this as nothing more than a attempt to wear you down so you will just give up go away. I would tell everyone out there To stay as far away from Luna Wigs as you can get. They are a big fraud and out to just take your money.
I ordered 2 wigs 033 Best Design African American spiral kinky hair wig and 028 Middle Length Spiral Curly Afro hair. None of the wigs look like what was advertised. I wrote to them regarding my dissatisfaction. They requested evidence of purchase such as order number, receipt number and a photo of the product I've received. After submitting all that was requested, I was told that I can only be refunded 15% of the cost. Not only was the product different from what I had ordered but was of extremely poor quality. This company is a scam.
Don't waste your money on these wigs. FRAUD! They showcase photos of wigs and send your things that are garage and don't match the photos at all. The quality of the wigs are poorly constructed. Save your money. I am in the process of trying to get a refund myself. They to give you the run around. Its a complete FRAUD! This is based on my experience but I would not recommend them at all.
I wrote them after waiting 2 months for my wig because they sent an all black wig and I ordered another color. I wrote them multiple times and all I get is automated emails. So unprofessional. Wasted my money.
I ordered a blue wig I was sent a brown short wig. Very ugly. They offered $5 I spent $30 I contacted Luna wigs they didn't want to refund me. It cost $30 it would've cost me $30 to send it back for a Refund. So a waste if time and money and it was a high for someone they offered no resolution.
Luna 040 Best Design Fluffy Short Curly Hair Wig, arrived today and it is AWFUL, The wig look nothing like the picture. Size HUGE. 4X a normal wig, the texture COURSE, big gaps in the sewing from one row to the other., Doesn't look natural at all but rather easily identifies as FAKE
I bought almost a hundred dollars of wigs and the order was not what i picked for my wigs and now i am having issues getting this crap refunded and back to them.
