I order from the wrong company because I felt like I was being punked. It came in a plastic bag and than it was stuffed in a gray postal bag. I turned down 3 offers before just accepting the last offer which was still a big lost in my book. Look at what they sent. I attached pictures. I even included a picture of what I order. You have to deal with them saying it cost $20-$25 to return. I'm not sure if that is true I believe it's just to keep you from getting a full refund. It cost them $5.99 to ship to me. I wish I could get them shut down but that's what you get when you deal with some overseas business.

I ordered 2 wigs from Luna Wigs also. They are the ugly curly, curly one and a semi curled wig that was not the style I ordered and the color was brassy instead of brown. I emailed them twice to no avail. After reading this site, I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint against Luna Wigs. For your info there is an International Depute Resolution component to the BBB site. Anyone who wants to file a complaint should go on the BBB site and file a complaint. If all of us file a complaint they will see that this company is a sham and shut them down and possibly make them refund our money. Go to BBB.com, key in the contact info found on Luna Wigs customer service contact us link. It is a long address, but you can get it in the spaces. Then the system will know it is a foreign company and link you to the International Depute Resolution section. Just fill out the complaint section and submit. Lets be proactive! This company needs to be shut down!

Do not order wigs from Luna Wigs.

I order a short curly wig and got a long straight wig. I emailed to Luna to explain that I gotten the wrong wig. They told me I would have to mail back the wig to China and it would cost me over $20 to ship back. I emailed them back and stated that they would have to send me a return label. They refused and stated it was my responsibility to pay for the shipping return. I had pay $20 including $5.99 for the wig. The wig was shipped from California now they wanted me to send back the wrong wig to China. The customer service rep. Went back and forth offering me as low as $3.44 refund. Finally, the manger gave me their best offer of only 50% return. So after 3 1/2 weeks of negotiations they send me a PayPal refund of $10.44.

This was a very shady deal. I spend $20 for a wig and I didn't get what I ordered. I got stuff with a wig I cannot use and don't even like. They only refunded me 50% of what I paid.

I ordered this wig. It looks nothing like the pucture. Pretty consistent of what all of the reviews says. I paid $15 for express shipping and it took 2vweeks to arrive. Just like everyone else, they want to give me $7.13 and keep this bob wire. Here is tge refund policy:

I recently purchased 2wigs and like the other reviews, were nothing as advertised. I complained and was told it would cost $20 to return, I only paid a $5.99 shipping charge. The other option was to accept a partial refund approx. $8. I paid a total of $43. So in essence, return and I get 50% of what I paid, or accept a partial refund and they keep 80%... Outrageous! Their advertisement is deceptive using photos of people whose actual hair or weave is cut in the so call wig style, versus photos of individuals wearing the wigs. Deceptive!

I ordered several wigs from Luna Wigs for my sister who had extreme hair loss... but the wigs I ordered did not match the photos, description and product numbers stated on their site that I used to order from... one wig was the correct color but the wrong style others were the wrong colors and styles... my sister was in a desperate situation so she accepted them but they were not what I chose and paid for... took over a month to receive. I travel for work so as usual have items delivered to my post office box where I checked them out and even though I was dissatisfied but I immediately mailed them out to my sister anyway. Who's somewhat invalid. My first thought was to return them but my sister is using them anyway as her hair grows back in... so hopefully she'll have hair by the time the wigs fall apart.

I ordered what appeared to be two nice wigs from Lunawig website. Unfortunately, I received two little old lady tighted curled wigs. I don't ever where black hair.So, I sent them an email. And, they sent back an automated response. Still no future communication from them. This site is a SCAM! Do not order anything off of it. They steal pics of real people hair and put on their site. This is Riduculous! I will never order anything from them again. U got me once but never again! Hott Mess!
