DO NOT ORDER this garbage called Luna

What I got was 2 pieces of garbage. The two (_its were hard, wiry, and cheap). The most insulting thing is that this company uses false images to get consumers to order. My order came from China via and purchased via PayPal. PayPal wants me to send the "crap" back before a refund can even begin to be processed. It would cost me as much to ship this crap back to China as it did for me to pay for in the first place. No doubt the thieves that operate this company is counting on the everybody saying, "oh never mind, it's not worth it to spend money sending the garbage back", resulting in them having your $40 and you end up with something only worthy of the trash. I am highly disappointed that this is allowed to go on and will most certainly be reporting this to the BBB as soon as I'm done posting this review. As the saying goes, pay for what you want. If it sounds/looks to good to be true, it probably is. I've learned a valuable lesson, DO NOT ORDER FRO CHINA and do not order Luna for Lissh, Co., LTD (thievery and deceit)!

I purchase two wigs from Luna Wigs they look awful, The color was wrong and the hair was like the hair used for dolls the poorest quality. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. I would advise anyone not to purchase
Anything from them. The wigs took over a month to get here they are distributed from China. This was a horrible

To anyone looking on this site, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase any thing from this website. I ordered a wig from this website and first of all it took 6 weeks for the wig to come and it was nothing like the wig that I ordered.
It was the wrong color and it looked like the wig the Vicki Lawrence used to wear on Mama's Family it was even the same color. This is a total rip off. This company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau

I had been looking at Luna Wigs for a while and finally decided to order one. There are several reviews saying how cute they looked and the wigs were a great price. I was excited to receive my little cute wig (see photo below) but when it arrived, a month later, I was no longer excited but disappointed. Instead of the cute, fluffy wig pictured below I received a nappy matted afro. Don't get me wrong, if that was what I ordered I would have been okay but it was not. I tried to pull the curls out thinking because of shipping they were flat, but no luck. I have emailed them about my refund but the emailed bounced back. People go to the wig store for your wigs.

I was a 1st time customer whom ordered 4 wigs at one time. Only to get nothing but disappointed from this company. I tried tracking my order a week after my purchase which I wasn't able to find. By tracking number or purchase number so then I email them at the email address that they provide I did receive and email back telling me someone would look into the problem and get back to me in 3 days so I waited 4 days and tried to email them at Luna wigs again. Only to find out I had been Blocked now so I didn't get my wigs but they took my money... and u still haven't received a email the wigs or my money back so I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY TO BUY FROM THEM AFTER THIS BAD FAITH BUSINESS TRANSACTION WITH THEM THAT I RECEIVED

Finally after over 4 weeks my wig came, but its not the collarbone length Bob, they switched gave me like to my ear short bob wig, contact PayPal not as described, they must provide shipping label to return, not paying $40 to mail back China, didn't know this order was coming from China, scammers, well PayPal saids automatic refund coming don't be a victim fight for your return, paypay excellent 16 year's using fraud protection against this switch and bait they protected us from. Nice try Lunawigs I'm not out my loot you lost.

I ordered two wigs. One wig was not what I ordered. I e-mailed them and they asked me to send them pictures of the wrong item which I did. I have received a couple of e-mails back telling me not to worry, yet they provide no information about where and how to return the wig. Their instructions say not to return to the address it was shipped from. They don't have a phone and they are in China. Not much I can do but chalk it up to experience and let others know not to order from them. It has been three weeks. I am stuck with something I will never wear. I purchased 2wigs you sent wrong color and wigs. You dont put return slips with wigs. You all scammed me out of my money. And if I had known it was in China I would not have ordered.

Wish I had read reviews BEFORE buying! If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT BUY WIGS FROM LUNA WIGS! I do not buy ANYTHING directly from China! I had a bad experience on EBAy in which the item was being shipped from China. Had to return at my expense and ended up paying very expensive shipping fees. Bought one wig from Luna Wigs. Took approx 3 weeks for me to get my wig. Shipped in bubble bag and it was not the wig I ordered. Didn't have the standard picture of wig in the plastic bag showing what was purchased. Paid via Paypal so I escalated my case and they ruled in favor of the seller! So out of money and have a substandard glob of hair that wont be worn!. Ladies save your money!
