In all the years I have purchased wigs, I have never seen anything like these wigs. I wouldn't even try one on, let alone wear it to a dog fight. When you contact them to return their mess, they won't give you an address to return it. They want you to take 20%, keep the item and give them a good review on their website. Don't waste your time or money with these scammers. I see no help in site...

I bought the Luna Wig 009 and it looked like something a clown would'nt even wear. Sad excuse for a wig, they offer 20% off what you paid what's that 6-7 dollars really! And that's on next purchase... They don't give Road Kill any justice, road kill looks better than what I received R. I. P. Roadkill. Don't fall for the false advertising when it's a picture of a real person, that's there hair not a wig.

I purchased 2, what i thought, beautiful short gray & black wigs. What I got I still don't know. Now I have to admit that the first one the color was absolutely beautiful and the style was as pictured. But OMG the second one looked like it came from a thrift store. I sent emails, pictures galore and was told that the factory admitted that it was theyre mistake but if I wanted to return it I would have to pay shipping. I WAS PISSED. Luckily I paid thru paypal. I told pp all I wanted was my $18.99. I got all my money back. But the changes and the offers they made me made no sense at all. We 'll give you 20% and you can give the wig to somebody. After I got my money back I was going to try again so I could have a spare one like the one I have but I think i'll pass. The second pic is the one i got. The third is the one i ordered

I am writing this Experience based on Customer Service. I purchased these for my Mother. First of all, they sent two of the same items and I have been going back and forth with Customer Service agent named Rose and I keep telling her that My mother doesn't want the duplicate item and please and please send the correct item. They were only offering 15% off an to keep the item. It was their fault and you are not going to correct the situation. I took photos and showed them proof of the duplicate items. They keep emailing me the same offer, This is ridiculous. I prefer to talk to customer service and not keep emailing them. My Mother said she would never order from them again. Also, she felt that the item did not look like the pictures displayed.

I ordered 2 wigs and I don't know what I got. I've been contacting their email when I didn't agree to accept 9.60 for 47.00 I spent all of a sudden it's the wrong people. BUYER BEWARE OF LUNA WIGS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS.

Buyers BEWARE!-wigs Luna 030 and Luna 040, neither look like the illustrated pictures on website models. They were awful looking once I put them on. Luna 040 was like a pageboy cut which would have to be reshaped by a hairstylist; the other looked like a George Washington hairpiece on my head. The wigs shed. A HOT MESS! The shipping took a long time(ordered April 19 received May 14)
Also, please read the return/refund policies very careful. You may not get your money back if you decide to return products.

I can't believe I got SCAM on this one. Trust me they will be tracked down! I have skills and so does my peeps! We will shut them down! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I knew it was too good to be true.
Neither of the wigs I had ordered wasn't what I had ordered and even those wigs were of very poor quality. It didn't come with a return label. Item was returned and after 30 days I still haven't received my money back. It had cost me $35.65 for international mail. The return address was located in Market London United Kingdom. Don't Order from them!
The products (3 WIGS) that I received was NOT what I ordered; I can't even describe how terrible they look. NO style & Texture was unlike the description. I requested a full refund and postage paid envelope; they offered 20% discount which amounted to $11.39. I reluctantly agreed to 20% discount (less shipping cost which result in $45.58).
They had the audacity to refund me via pay pay $11.39 instead of my full refund of $55.58 or the discounted amount of $45.58. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! If I could rate them a NEGATIVE ZERO I would.
